i'm looking for a tire which gives me better ground clearance if not 10mm at least 5mm...

Does your alloys looks like this ?

Do the math and you will know yourself buddy
    55% of 205 is 112.75mm ,
    And 60% of 195 is 117mm,
So now you tell us which profile would give you
    Better clearance ?

I think this site will help you to find the difference.

Visual Tyre Size Calculator | Kouki Tech

It shows the Total Diameter in any combination. It determines the ground clearance.

Ganges upgrade to 195/65/15 is the max you can opt for to stay behind the safety lines.....anything beyond is not even worth about thinking....

When stock tire changed to new one say here 195/65/R15
    the speedometer reading also changes.
Does this affects the mileage reading values as well(Instantaneous,Avg...)
i believe this is all about maths and our processor is smart enough to catch such changes? No,need some reference values of changed sizes ? when it comes to Tripometer readings ?

    For reference(google'd) :)

Phew, now coming back to your comment
definitely there might be re-callibration required to read the mileage indicators.
FE mentioned by you is definitely in a error ?

My friend as long as the difference is between -3 to 3%(its very negligible to calculate) it will not have any significant impact on the fuel economy. only beyond 3% does the change affect fuel economy.

Can I replace my Goodyears that have done just 1,000km? How much will it cost to get Yokos? Goodyears are very noisy.
