Thanks Mr. Rohit Jha, I'm make a complain to said no., they are response very well and note the complain against Bajla Motors. Anyway The Manager of Bajla Motors after all agree to return back my many within today.
u may get more help and some contacts of fiat officials from grandeur and VahanPujari
@Onjoy: You should first go to the dealer and ask for a explanation. Then meet the Manager and ask for a explanation. In your case the dealer is responsible for the problem. The tata dealer has cheated you. If things are not getting resolved write a letter to Tata Motors wh is responsible for selling Fiat cars. Let us see what they have to say. Then with all this reference write to Fiat or if you have a proof that you have asked for a 2011 model then you can consider approaching consumer court for a replacement or a compensation(I am not a legal expert please take an opinion from expert).
means are they returning you the discount amount which was available on 2010 model ?
have you returned the car and asked for money back ? :confused1
@Kannan_Marg: I completely understand what you are going through. People dont understand the pain in seeing their cars go through constant repairs and issues till it happens to them. A new car that costs from 6-10 lakhs going to service station once every month (or worse every week) is something no one in this world is prepared to face. You buy cars for convenience and not for escorting them to service stations everytime you take them out for a ride. Reading your replies we have understood that you have given a piece of your mind to FIAT cust care. Please take it to the next level and lodge a complaint with consumer forum..... Any ruling for your case can mandate thorough checking for all vehicles before delivery to customers.... I am sure you are already thinking about this.... try it out.... ::T
Other members who are telling this gentleman off by quoting issues with other cars: put yourself in his shoes.... just coz a swift gave a issue to some unknown customer it doesnt mean we can let off this incident as one off.... And I have also noticed that as soon as somebody says anything -ve about FIAT, the post or the author is steamrolled with links to issues with vehicles of other manufactures??? WHY???? Not fair... please learn to take criticism constructively.... :firey
