All Kerala Team Fiat Meet May 06th - Updates from Page 10

Rajeev AFAIK there was a logical reason behind it. All the participants who came for the event was not from TFI alone. There were members from Tbhp & some who are not in both the forums. We wanted to bring FIAT enthusiasts together & it should be irrespective of any forum. There was one instance that happened when I was inviting someone from the list of Fiat owners that I had & the person's 1st comment was I am not interested to join if it is done as a part of some any FIAT forum. Our aim was to bring FIAT enthusiasts together from across Kerala & to a limit we have succeeded in that. More over we had to collect an entrance fee for providing Food coupon etc which we cannot collect in the name of TFI as it involves monetary transaction & if something goes wrong TFI cannot be blamed for that. After this event many has come to know about TFI & we as members of TFI has even shared our experiences on TFI . So if they got something to discuss about FIAT, then can very well join TFI.

There is a saying in an old malayalam movie "Mannar mathayi speaking". A famous dialogue delivery by Janardhanan when his leg is broken " Athum pathrathil vanooo. Ee pathrtakaare kondu thottuu".

"Bharathiya Fiat Koootayima". When they translate directly from Malayalam to English it happens.

 

Oh my God! I feel bad that I could not attend this. Anyway congratulations to all those guys who organized such a beautiful event. And Nimish, your Punto looks so hot!! I was so busy these days so could not even imagine attending the meet. But I think we can increase the participation to a far more extend because we have so many Puntos and Lineas on our roads in kerala. I too informed my relatives as well as friends who own Puntos N Lineas but all of them were busy with their work and all of them need some one to push from behind to attend something like this. Most of them are first time Fiat owners and they are in the process of becoming Fiat fans.

Well octane. This was the first kinda meet in entire Kerala. No one expected success. All those who we invited made a mockery of us. They just used to slam the phone when we called them and spoke about the all kerala TFI meet. But the dedication and love of the entire TFI fans proved them wrong. The love and dedication for their machines left others speechless. All those who could not attend really regretted. Cochin was mesmorised by the Italian parade on may 6th. Cars paved way for the Italian invasion. Car enthusiasts were spell bound to see the unity. First of it's kind in Kerala. Now we have people asking for more. TFI has paved way for one of the most successful meets in INDIA. More to come.

Hello Nimish,
I am a late entrant to TFI, couldn't know of the Meet, though bought my Linea MJD in Dec. 2010.
In fact you people met within a km. from my house...

Next time I am joining.
