As I said in my previous post, there are possibilities of issues. The holes may be too big or too small and if they are just right, they will not be aligned correctly.
Alloy wheels are usually made by various types of casting or forging and tampering with them is not recommended.

Absolutely stunning! That's a sexy looking Punto. I like that red decal too :)

Has something been done in the headlamps? , i see a blackened ring around the reflector!

  6. so finally i installed aftermarket alloys on my punto...
tyres are of 100pcd... no vibration till now... will post pik after sometime,,
    quick question now-
should i install hub centric rings even if there is no vibration???
    thanks in advance...
    piks coming soon
  7. Yes Vivek. Hub centric rings will be required. While buying please look for metal hub rings. Plastic ones are available for cheap rates. Its 58mm diameter. Without hubcentric rings all the load will be on the wheel nuts which is not good. for punto 98 pcd wheels only should be fitted. 100 pcd should not be fitted.
  8. here are the piks..

  9. well the alloys were so tempting i coudnt stop. from where can i source o rings?? alloys C.B is 67.1mm. so rings should be of size 58.1-67.1mm... Is this correct size or something else will fit into it..??
  10. alloys specifications are as-
    SIZE -15*6.5
    PCD/H - 100/4
    ET - 30
    C.B - 67.1

Till 100 kmph there are no vibration but after that i have observed some vibration. Got balancing done twice but no result. I know hub centric rings are the solution to this. Can you please tell me what size should i order or get custom made hub centric rings made. from my calculation the size should be= 67.1-58.1mm and width should be 4.5mm. I need confirmation regarding the size. Is this the perfect fit or any other size will be perfect. help out guys....
    thanks in advance
