My HU is a Bosch unit. (Blaupunkt is a subsidiary of Bosch). Also if I press cd button twice I get a Aux on my display.
Mine is a 2011 Oct model. I have tried the blue cable from a local shop. It doesn't work on my unit. I believe that blue port is for cd changer control (cdc).

Any humming sound are you observing in between songs??? or during songs too????

No humming noise. If you are a little techi at heart you can make the cable yourself. There are some diy tutorials available. I didn't want to mess around though.

Although if I touch the 3.5 mm jack to any metallic part of the car i get some noise.

btw guys i have my OEM HU and it has AUX support in it .
I'm willing to part ways with it since i went in for an upgrade, If anyone is interested PM me.

YES, AUX works on my HU

 

I recently got the Aux working on my Blaupunkt OEM HU in my 2009 Linea Emotion. The one with Blue pin (Mini iso C2) doesnt work with HUs with AUX visible when CD button pressed twice, U need a Yellow pin one (Mini iso C1) to get aux working. I tried both n this is wat that works n Its just plug n play.

Blaupunkt dealers have them in stock n u should be asking for a "Pre-amp out" cable for old blaupunkt systems, its MRP is Rs.260 n retails for Rs.200 post negotiations . It has the yellow mini iso c1 at one end n RCA female pins on the other end. Add a RCA to 3.5mm cable (hardly costs 50 bucks) to it n u r good to go...

In regards to Audio clarity, sounds awesome!!! No distortions, no humming, no buzzing, almost CD quality audio, if not more!! I play music from my galaxy note and mind you guys, i still use the same 20Watt good for nothing speaker setup generously given by Fiat along with the car when bought in 2009 (OEM is what I meant ).

Guys from Hyderabad, pm me to know where to get this cable, would be glad to help. May be we can even have a "HYD AUX Meet" sometime this/next weekend. Wat say hyd TFIans Kiran, Hurricane, Suman, Rudresh, Pradeep... etc?

Not sure abt emotion pack mate cos of the blue n me connected to the system. Lets look at the connection setup and work somethibg out wen at the meet, mate.

theblack and everyone else, is there any way for adding aux in 2013 model car? i have the 2013 Active, planing for speaker upgrade to 3way JBLs rated at 65W RMS into the stock HU, no components just 3way all around! What do you guys think?
