You will need one of these:

from here. If you do not want to spend that much for such a simple tool, must be possible to fabricate one locally. Jugaad zindabad :D

    Rajan

PS: Make sure to mark the position of the arm, before pulling it out, so as to get the alignment right when fitting it back.

Hey, I have removed the wipers with my hand only, after loosening the bolts of course.

You have to apply some pressure on the wiper arms (metal part) in perpendicular direction. It would come out.

Rear wiper also requires a similar knack, but no metal part there.

    I ll try posting a video. :)

    Don't play with factory-fitted wiring.

Once I had tried to do modification in wiring of my Premier Padmini (Petrol)

I had done upgradation of new Instrument cluster with watch AND
Combination switch assly. For fitting new speedometer cluster & combo switch
I changed yoke on steering column and replaced complete front wiring.
    All upgradation done successfully.

But I ruined new factory wiring by adding AUX lights near front door.
Within 24 Hr.new factory wiring burnt out due to modification.

From that day I got lession that upgradation is successful but modification is always risk game.

How did this happen ? Did you draw power straight from the battery without a fuse ? Or a short somewhere ?

Thanks, I did lookup a bit on the tyco electronics page yesterday but wasn't able to find an exact match yet. Apparently the circular door wiring connector's are called wiring looms. I wasn't able to match the PIN type in your images to whats on the website yet.
