The overdrive review video uses a gold Evo... If am wrong, please send me the link
In my view, WHITE is the best. It is safe due to better visibility and also better in sun. Also, it doesn't age. BLACK looks great, but it is not safe (poor visibility) and would get heated more, IMO. The pics posted by gazgotta appear to be of minimal grey. Magnesio Grey would be good. It would stand out.
Fiat Punto EVO New Car Review India 2014:
Is this Magnesio Grey... Please clarify...
@joeswatmail how about a combination of white and black? GP 90hp sport used to come in pearl white with a black top. Not sure if its available for the Evo. But you can always go for a vinyl black top later on.
overdrive punto images. Again I am not sure, what shade of gray (Magnesio/Minimal) this is.
My choice is BLACK for EVO.
My parents are not allowing to take black not sentimental but for the below reasons:
1. Difficulty in visibility at nights, (in case of emergencies)
2. Heated cabin (when I do long drives from BGL to MDU).
I already own a WHITE 1.3MJD. In 1.3MJD liked WHITE and next are BLACK and RED.
But for EVO, with much of CHROME in place, I like the vehicle stunning in BLACK.
I am struggling to get a NOD from my parents, however my wife and son are by my side.
my 2 cents.. Black would be the most difficult color to maintain over a long run.
@joeswatmail .. I think black looks stunning. But it is also very difficult to maintain. I chose black colour for two reasons
1. My wife liked it very much.
2. It was going very well with the sport theme as mine is 90HP model.
Hey Aramico... Thats nice... But i have decided to go for the Magnesio Grey...
I love black and that is one of the top reasons to choose the 90hp variant (all balck interiors).
And my wife likes the Grey and thats fine with me.
White is great too... But in the Fiat photography thread i saw a lot of white punto's with almost similar stickers and highlights... So i don't want to be just another Cliché ... (no offence)
Congrats!! Right decision made (both car & color). Will wait for your buying & ownership exp. Happy & safe driving. Congrats once again.
