will be the first thing tomorrow that i do, prior dropping the car at AFSS for glow plug change and wheel bearing change.
just dropped the car off at AFSS.
They were slightly hesitant. think i will be required to go there and fight it out. had done all servicing as per schedule.
1. leak from engine oil sump. need to be re-sealed
2. brake pads worn out. replacing the same.
3. wheel bearing front and rear, RH side needs replacement
4. 02 glowplugs faulty
5. replacement of the hydraulic shockers/ lifting levers of the boot. both gone bad. with leaks.
gonna cost a bomb if warranty doesnt cover most of it.. quoted 22k as estimate..
Nice set of alloys indeed,
Are they 98 pcd? Where to get them.
I'm in blore
Those are Lenso Raiden Project-D-7 : http://www.lensowheel.com/Raiden-Sub-Brand-list/Default.aspx?SubCatID=20007
Any reputed shops who are dealers of Lenso can get them..
Now he has changed into another set of 17 inchers which he had posted in some other page..
Wow, it was an amazing thread to read and now I have got an itch to change my Linea's alloys. Need suggestions guys. I also have a few doubts that I believe most of the experts here can clear. Following is my requirement.
1.) Looking for a 16 or 17 inch allloys for my Linea MJD 2013 model.
2. ) Current tyre profile is 205/55 r16.
3.) What are the specs of alloys if I wish to change them to 16 or 17 inches? I am thinking 4*98 or 4*100 (with hub rings)
4.) What tyre size is recommended for 17 inches. I am thinking 215/45/17. What are the tyre options available in this size?
5.) What is the maximum permissible width of alloys ? I am thinking 7.5 max and 7 is standard (thanks aniket)
6.) What is the current ET/offset for the OEM 16 inch alloys or is there no offset (neutral) at all?
7.) What is the maximum permissible ET/offset for the aftermarket alloys +ve/-ve ?
8.) What are the pros and cons of this upgrade?
Thanks in advance
Asking again : Can OEM Linea 16" Alloy fit to Punto Active 2012 ? What profile Tyre is good to have. Will it touch the wheel arch.
@PuntoSingh yes it is possible to fit 16" alloys to Punto and you use 205 55 16 tyre profile.
Finally the big upgrade is done..
