    Hi All,

As I brought a F1 type Brake light flasher online & delivered last week ::T . Tried to remove 3rd brake light but was not successfull. :confused

Found 2 clips like thing & did not find any screws inside or outside. Manual states need to visit ASS for any bulb/other replacement. :hit :A

Well never done it but I've taken this from the Service Manual,

The function of the additional brake light is produced through the multibulb lamp and light beam coming from the rearscreen serigraphy.

The casing is made from black coloured bayblend and contains the bulb holder which is in one piece and is fastened to the actual casing. The internal current tracks are made from coppper-covered brass and, with the circuit activated, supply 8 small all glass type 12V - 2.3W bulbs.

The light has two housings for the fastening. The red coloured metacrylate lens cover is fitted on the light casing and its shape and contours are such that when the light is switched off it produces a masking effect if looked at from the outside of the vehicle.

    1- Connector
    2 - Parabola casing
    3 - (Red) lens cover
The third brake light includes the wiping function (jet for detergent fluid).

Hey thank you very much for the pic & detailed info. But my concern is how to take the whole assembly(casing & lens cover) out?

Wanted to upload the video of the Brake light but not sure what are the video formats supported?

Mods please conform if 3GP(Mobile video) or Sony Digital still camera video (format-not known) can be uploaded/see in post?

No slicing of wires, its just place the wires in the red clips provided & press with a plier.
