    Hi,
    It may be OT can we request the FIAT or Vecto Motors or other dealers to Open the service center in Mysore road near by Kengeri or any other area.
    Because we have sales and service center from almost all brands and customers staying in bangalore south have to travel at least 25+ kms one side for vecto or aadya motors for service and KHT is not possible at all

    Hi All,

    NEVER AGAIN TO PRERANA MOTORS. They are spoiling the brand name FIAT with their worst service. Here is my experiance with them.

    I had my 3rd service at Prerana and my experiance was bad. First time i gave my car for service after FIAT enters in their After Sales Service. But i got typical feeling of how TATA ASS is. A guy named Karthik took the vehicle and he was really pathetic. The below are some of the items which made me feel like that

    1. I dropped the vehicle and the advisor told me that i can collect the vehicle in the evening and he will ring me once it is ready.
    2. He called me up in the evening and said the vehicle is ready but the billing systems are not working and i can collect the vehicle the next day. He informed that he will give me a call the next day once the bill got generated.

    3. Waited till 3 PM the next day and i didnt got any call from him. I called him up and he said its ready you can come and collect it. I told them i need to return back to office immediately and make sure everything is done properly. He replied every thing is checked and once you come here you can take the vehicle immediately.

    4. Went there after 30 mins, and i found he was taking it for washing that time only. They asked me to wait in the reception and the service advisor called me and said he will be there in 5 mins. I waited for about half an hour and i went to the service area and he was standing infront of the wash area. That guy said sir everything is done, since they have parked the car outside and so they are washing it once again. But they started washing it that time only and they havent washed the day i left for service. Coz they started vaccumming that time only. When i asked him he has no words to answer that. This is were i got really frustrated and irritiated and when i asked him he didnt even opened his mouth. He was irresponsible.

    5. After returning back i saw there was a scratch in the car near the front right side wheel. I thought to inform the same from FIAT Feedback call, i got a call after a couple of days later. And i was driving that time, i informed them to call me back after 2 hours since i am driving. They said sure sir, i will call you back but i havent got any call till now.

    Then i realized nothing changed except Service from TATA to FIAT. But i felt CONCORDE Service was far better than Prerana. Atleast if we have any issues CONCORDE Motors were sorting it out but PRERANA is one of the worst service which i had. NEVER AGAIN TO PRERANA. Beware of these service center as they used to say they are the only SALES CUM Service in Bangalore. All these are based on my experiance with PRERANA.

    Is Prerana still taking in Fiats or are you talking about Vecto?

    Got my windshield replaced at Vecto (http://www.teamfiat.co.in/punto-1-3...-milestone-achieved-50k-km-16.html#post197623), overall experience was pretty good.
    Cleaning was not proper, showed to Mr Bassapa, and all car got cleaned again properly.

    Mr Santosh took care of work, kept me updated, called me when the work was complete.

    It took 1 day for insurance process and one day for work.

    Vecto doesn't have cashless agreement with Tata AIG, however they have with other like Future Generali, Royal Sundram and National insurance.
    They are trying to have with other in some time.

    Mr Sudheendra was helpful, as always.

    I give 9 out of 10, 1 cut for cleaning issue, though got it cleaned much more than expected, but had to show to Basappa.

    Overall great experience.

    Cleaning is one persistent issue with Vecto. They surely manage to make some part dirty after washing. I've never been satisfied with the way they clean cars - I heard the same feedback when speaking to a couple of other Punto owners during the last Fiat camp. I had been to Vecto today for a general check up (the first one after a full engine rebuilt) - they quickly checked the engine bay, topped up coolant, and replaced a bush holding the silencer in place. Quick work, and did it quite well. The only grouse this time was a security guy who was adamant that I wait in the lounge - which I did not want to.

    I think waiting in lounge is normal practice in every centers. In Vecto, you can see your car from customer lounge.
