    sorry for late reply i was busy with my personnel problems. The car got accident with motor bike, the guy in the bike got leg fracture, except that people who were in car nothing happened to them.

    can anyone say how many days it will take to get the estimated parts from Pune ?, every time i call service center he says that spare parts have not come yet ? its already 20 days after he estimated and i see the car in the same shape

    Sorry to hear this..glad that no one sitting in car got injured.i dont have idea about when spares will reach SC.i think Vecto Motors is neglecting to order spare parts from Fiat.Fiat is always ready to supply spares.i had complained on fiat india's fb page regarding no spares available at my dealer from 2-3 months,they wer lying that fiat will send spares once they start their fiat service centre,i was like :uh seeing this mr,mangesh,head for customer services at fiat and mr.krishna,head for spares contacted me and assured ur feedback is taken to never repeat this type of issue again.immediately dealer contacted me and asked me to visit and get spares from them but i had got spares from was like:sad: for sending mail to fiat india..he took my email id and sent a mail to me that absolute mud flaps n wipers wer not available due to some reasons and are available now,come n get it fixed at ur convenient time..
  4. Once the parts oredered is invoiced , it will reach to Bangalore in 3 to 5 days. And it should reach service center in next 2 to 3 days. This was my experience when a fusebox gone in my car.

    Me: Look, I need to talk to someone who knows cars, not the receptionist or you.
    V: Okay I will give you SA Surendra's number.

    S: Yes
    Me: Explain the story about how the car is stranded and the symptoms
    S: We need to check battery
    Me: Arey, battery is fine, I suspect the BCU
    S: Oh yes sir. We need to check. Come and leave your car.
    Me: That's fine, do you have a BCM in stock?
    S: No, we do not have stock of parts like ECU/BCM. We need to diagnose and then order.
    Me: Fine, how long do you need to diagnose?
    S: Do not know, sir. Come leave your car and go.
    Me: Why? If i come when you open shop, all it takes is 10 mins with the examiner for you to confirm the fault.
    S: No sir, booking service vehicles first, then running repair vehicles
    Me: But I am not coming for a service, you know that right?
    S: Yes, but booking vehicles first, then only your car will be touched.
    Me: Thanks

    and hung up.

    I have decided to stay away from these idiots and go to KHT or something. Or better, wait till I go to Chennai and give the car to Ramkay. Hope the car does not break on me on the way.

    Missing Ramkay here. You guys know how they helped a stranded customer, that too nearly 100 kms away.

    Recently my door lock equipment on the right rear door went kaput during the Bangalore meet. I went the same day evening to Vecto SC and requested Mr. Basappa to look at the issue. He asked me to wait for 20mins and then they started to look at the issue, And replaced the part under warranty.

    The problem with these SCs is the lack of consistency. I have been to all the SCs in Bangalore and trust me, none of them are better than the others. They are all the same. You know someone there, you get better treatment and you recommend them here. So, I go to the same place, meet the same people, but get treated very shoddily.

    Give me a workshop manual. I will set up my own workshop and do all the repairs myself. Good riddance FASS :A :A

    So, what is your suggestion here? I don't understand.

    You are asking me to just walk-in and approach the said person?

    Do understand the magnitude of your issue and also mine, and the response you got vis-a-vis the response I got.

    As a customer, my POC is the receptionist or the SA, and I expect them to give the same treatment to all. I cannot be going and sweet talking the manager to look into the issue, upon his recommendation.

    I know of few people who get special treatment wherever they go, so let's leave it there. Your reply makes no relevance to the posts made today.

    You have expressed the treatment you got for the door issue in atleast two other different threads already, wonder why you would parrot the same here.
