    I was just going through 'the Fiat revvs away..' thread in TeamBHP (also saw your post Anoop) and the last few pages discuss a lot about the false claim of the OTC sales. May be Vecto could have changed it's OTC sales policy after such serious discussion there based on the feedback of Krishna (who is associated with Vecto non-commercially; disclaimer: Krishna mentioned it there).

    @Anoop, apart from the brake pads and coolant, you could also check if they'd sell you air filter, because that's what they have denied selling me.

    Visited Vecto today Mr.Basappa was in a meeting with his guys asked me to wait it took 20 minutes for him to come out he guided me to one SA who took the TD of the car, we took it into rough roads as well according to him the rattling sound was not from the door its the rear view Mirror it seems :confused:, now asked for the mudflaps he told they dont have it, got the back seat fixed properly which had come out of its holder got the oil level checked and headed back to office.

    @pdydeva: Yeah Bro - I was reading the TBhp thread and this thread for past few days and that is why (to clear the confusion to an extent) I posted my experience with over the counter sales today.

    I will check about the air filter when I collect my car.
  4. Only time i went to see a manager in concorde was when i wanted to escalate the issues.That was running high for me.

    I do not know why on earth VECTO doing this crap. Whats wrong with them. Have they plan to shutdown FIAT all together? :shocked
    Please escalate the issue to the top hats of Vecto and even to FIAT.

    Continuing the discussion here based on my above service experience at Vecto.

    Now, we can't blame FIAT for not setting up DMS properly or the issues in supply chain for the extra hours I have been spending there. Are we going to attribute worker's stress or some ground reality stuff for these too??
    Clearly it's Vecto's problem in training their people. Their attitude is something that needs a change. Instead of thinking how to tackle customers who post issues online, think about changing the mindset of technicians and SAs to do their work not just for namesake.

    Unfortunately, the slow winding of window glass issue started again today morning. Must visit again.
