    Really its too much for them to handle i guess. Even i felt the same as i could see loads and loads of cars parked on the side of the SC and inside with all service bays were full :)

    I visited Vecto yesterday to delete the "service coupon expired" msg on my linea ( Hyson Kochi forgot to reset this during my last serice). I had a pleasant experience with SA Praveen who promptly gave back the car in about 15 mins time.

    Due to the load and customer not budging to take the cars back which have come without appointments, they have rented out another piece of land to park them :A. Simply unwanted additional cost.

    Some where in the forum i read that there is a long waiting period with KHT as well for service. I booked my service with Aadya as they were ready to take the vehicle within a week. Vecto gave me a date on 28th May!!!

    Reason for so much stress on Vecto is bcoz of the FIAT exclusive SC badge. KHT and Aadya still take up vehicles for Service in their old SC's but we all want to try Vecto for the Fiat exclusive tag. Things will fall in place once KHT and Aadya opens their exclusive service centers and load is distributed among all 3...

    PS: (off topic) This is like the rush experienced @ Lulu mall in Kochi where people from all parts of kerala booked private coaches to visit the mall for the one time experience. First month the situation was so bad the Kerala HC had to direct the Kochi Traffic police to find solutions to contain the crowd and traffic.

    Apparently, we are dealing with a car manufacturer with a very thin service network. FIAT should have anticipated the crowd when they announced bifurcation. In Bangalore, there were at-least 6 service centres servicing FIAT cars and now it's just half of it. Miss you Concorde !!

    Received call to confirm if I am coming tomorrow, good experience so far.

    Slot is confirmed for tomorrow @9AM, and I asked if CRM/DMS is ready, the lady who called confirmed, yes its ready now, lets see tomorrow.

    Yes Ravi, the DMS is finally up. They are reconciling all the data of the services done so far, so that nothing is missed out. I am dropping in too, check the rattle near the tweeters. Lets catch up tomorrow.
