    Kht and aadya r servicing fiat cars till their fiat exclsuive workshops will be operational..vecto is the only fiat exclusive service centre in bangalore right now..

    I don't understand now. If they have a billing system (CRM), then why did they refuse to sell me an air filter and coolant stating that DMS is down? I cross checked with the agent at the spares counter and it's not due to the "sale of spares over the counter" issue but due to billing system which was non-functional (even manual billing wasn't available).

    Did you check with KHT and Aadya?
    Fiat helpline person either is not aware or mis-understood your question with "exclusive" service center.
  4. No. I haven't checked with either of them. I was looking at the Fiat Website for the service center numbers and only Vecto motors was shown. That's when I decided to call the Fiat help line to check and they gave me this information.

    I will call up KHT and check with them directly.

    Got a SMS from LM-TATAMO that a service has been scheduled for my vehicle on 29th of April. eMail confirmation was for 07th of May. Still I'll take it on 29th April.

    It's for getting oil change (and oil filter) and air filter replacement. If time permits, will ask them to check the suspensions for squeaking noise (may be lubrication is needed).

    Thats a very arrogant fellow - behaves as if he owns the shop and we are there to beg for mercy. The last time I went there, I was asking for the CRM, and he replied very arrogantly that how would he know. Such an attitude dealing with passengers will surely not change the perception about Fiat. I went there as a customer, not a beggar.

    I don't know the background but one thing is we can not expect customer is king/god kind of treatment in our country,some how it doesn't come naturally to us.Take an example SA can behave like that and get away as he will have lot of other option for the job and from the Dealer side he can get more customers even if they piss of few.
    All these are due to sheer population and very few have access to information like few of us.Otherwise why would something like even need to exist?

    Still you should have stricked back at him if he was rude and arrogant. You should have tried to pull in his manager to sort things out. As Sat said in our country if you dont get by default, strike back and get it. Next time he would know for sure to treat you well. Ofcourse fighting back isnt the option but rather to convince him or else he has your car and he can f***up with it!
