    Spoke with Anish yesterday and went to Torrid today. To my surprise, there were hardly any customers at 11 AM and they were not giving me appointment till 30th !!

    But after half an hour wait, a guy took the trial and told me that the issue i had was largely due to the uneven tyres. So thanks guys for your help.

    Also to update, they are shifting to a new location in Goregaon from 2nd May onwards. So you may want to note down the new address. (Not sure if this has already been shared before but sharing nonetheless) Refer screenshot below.

    Had visited torrid motors new service centre. Some finishing touches are still going on the service centre but is bigger than the one they had and is par in terms of the size as balaji...

    I got an email from CRM saying annual service is due. This was end Aprils and I was visiting Kolkata on holidays. Asked appointment for May week 1, after three reminders they are kind enough to confirm the appointment.
    The driver came on time for pick up and was super particular about dents, papers and so on - good!
    Car reached and I got a call saying we are allocating SA;
    First call from SA - odo reads 44k, apparently it's a major service and car is little above 4 yrs - change all fluids, estimate 10k. So far so good.
    Twist: brake and clutch both have issues cos I asked them to check it; so I'm now asked to change rear discs and pads. And the clutch plate. Estimate shoots up to 40k odd.. Asked to skim discs - hope this saving doesn't take away my life.
    Best part - no parts available. Imagine not having clutch and brake kits!
    Three days of patience and part doesn't come. I write to Fiat. SA gets anxious. CRM teaches me inventory management. Crap!
    Saturday apparently parts have arrived and they expect to deliver the car tomorrow. This could well be my last visit to Torrid.

    hi! updating this thread; i was asked to come at 6:30pm to collect the car; on my way to the SC, i see the car going for a TD (was almost 630pm) - hopped on to it; was unhappy the car wasn't ready & shared feedback with CRM/SM - they didn't quite bother. SA Lobo somehow got the car washed, interiors polished (still can see the brush marks - untidy work), took the payment and scooted after handing over the gate pass.
    I don't feel like going to Torrid again.

    I assume Torrid didn't even bother to ask you to fill the customer response form (Do they have one). Even if you had did, I am sure the customer's views wouldnt have reached either Fiat of Torrid management.

    Yup! you're spot on - no forms, no feedback! V poor experience even after knowing them for about 2+ yrs now .. Everytime I/we try sharing feedback, they go defensive and the hoolaboo starts. I thus am opting to share my not so happy experience for fellow members. Valsan/Mangesh were involved in an issue I was having in this service too, and the SC doesn't take it in the right spirit, usually.

    I had taken my linea T-Jet 2014 model for First free service on 6th June 2015. I feel nothing was done to the car simple waste of time and money (fuel).
    A sticker was put on my car without my consent. Which I later removed.
    Again no feed back form no call from fiat, torrid, etc regarding feedback.
