    I think the above mentioned things are common for all FASS. On my last visit to Balaji auto, thane. It took around 45 min to get the bill generated and I preferred not to go for washing.

    Fortune at Wagle is still better and continue to provide services for FIAT though officially, they no longer sell FIAT brand. Never had any issues with them and the guys have been polite all the way.

    There are enough reviews of Fortune motors on the forum. They are only talking car servicing requests only no breakfix or parts replace requests . Strange that it is still listed as a fiat service center as they were to stop this a while back.

    Does anyone have a most recent experience of servicing at Torrid Motors ?

    My Emotion servicing is due next month (final free service before it completes 2 years) and I want to ensure that all my issues are addressed and resolved.

    Had been to Balaji Thane to get some issues resolved a couple of months ago and I would say that the service was not upto the mark.

    I had to revisit Balaji as they could not solve my water seepage issue in first go and they also broke my emotion's rear wiper during servicing.

    SAM, service can be a hit and miss these days. Both at Balaji or Torrid, but I recommend you goto the one near your place, since in case of repeated follow-ups you will atleast save on travel time and/or money. It's like doctors, simple flu can be treated with a single prescription and multiple illnesses or complex illness may need followups and even consultant doctors. :razz:
    Hoping to be fair to Torrid Motors, they are relatively new yet they have most of their systems in place, except space at their Jogeswari facility (which was to change to different location). Ambience is rather good at shopfloor also, from where you enter the office cabin. Please take time to wait and check the car's current status as per their technicians. Make a written list of things you tell them since they fail to mention certain minor issues on job card, that can cause headache later. You will think it is mentioned by SA, but actually something different may be mentioned or maybe incomplete (technical blunders in noting). Everything will culminate to how well your SA handles your requests and how well he is willing to accomodate you for post-service queries and issues.

    I finally went to Torrid yesterday for my final 2nd year free service and they have given me an approx quote of 13,000 Rs as they would be changing a lot of consumables (oil,filter,etc) along with wheel alignment.I have a diesel version and I want to know if this quote is in line with their 2nd year free servicing. (The only free thing about it is that they will waive off Rs 1500 as part of labor charges)

    The SA would be informing me tomorrow with the actual quote and I will be going to get Punto back from the service center.

    Also,for the next paid service after a year,would you be aware of the charges and what parts/consumables are replaced ? (knowing that I also have extended warranty of 1.5 years) ?

    Or taken SA's advice for break pad change, under body coating etc?
