    Well well! Not at all surprised by all those negative reviews & replies that I see for Sky Moto.... let me quickly & briefly share my experience... which unfortunately is not different from majority of reviews.... in short - horrible
    TFIans would have known about my major car accident that happened last year, I got it repaired from Sky Moto (unfortunately it was nearest from where the accident happened), it took 3 times more time period to repair & handover my car than what was actually committed... said 3 weeks maximum but it took whopping 2 months.... the fitting was not at all good, it was very very sub standard (sub standard seems to be a polite word against the fitting) and guess what, somehow even after I managed to get my car back after all those hustles & final refitting, I found out later that the car was making some noise around left tyre and then discovered at another service centre that Sky Moto did not fit the buffer in the suspension... can you believe that?.... I guess you can believe after reading so much negative reviews, you expect from them... don't you?
    In short, my suggestion is to avoid Sky Moto, if you can... on other hand I have heard very high about Pandit Auto but never got another service chance in Pune...

    Ok folks finally a good review for Sky Moto after a long time !!

    On one fine day 'Check Engine' tell-tale on my Linea FIRE started suddenly blinking. I went to Jay Vijay which was nearest to where I was that time. Did not get any response from them. Came to Sky Moto for resolution. Met with service adviser Mr. Baliram. I must say service was very good from Sky Moto this time. He gave the exact solution to the problem (Ignition coil had an issue). He also followed up with Fiat for replacing steering wheel bearing under warranty.
    I would rate them 4 stars out of 5 this time. One star less because it took 3 days for all this to conclude.

    Folks, SKY was not having WA/WB facility functional for weeks as they technician who use to do it has left. It seems they have no one else who knows it. This was the case in first two weeks of November, not sure of the situation now.

    Seems like we need to pressurize FCA management to seriously look into quality of After Sales Service especially after closure of Pandit.

    Folks don't know whether a good news or bad news but last night while on a casual late night drive I saw a hoarding for new FIAT Showroom cum Service Center (from Sky Moto) opening up right next to My Car (MSIL) showroom in Wakad at Bhumkar Chowk. As I was there at night time and there were no lights over there so could not take the pics, will plan to take one over weekend.

    @mangeshtendulkar, mefeels it is a good news because, I have interacted with the owners of the Sky moto group & they are serious businessmen.
    Problem with sky moto located at PCMC is that they have pathetic people at showroom level. If sky moto manages to gather people from closed down Pandits, new showroom should run nicely.

    Update - Radiator replacement for my Linea 1.4
    Rating - 2/10 (Pathetic)
    There was coolant leakage issue in my Linea. Problem was diagnosed as minor crack in radiator and it needed replacement. Took vehicle to Sky Moto on 6th April. SA promised delivery within 2-3 days. After following up with SA for atleast 6 times, got actual delivery on 14th April that too at 9 o'clock at night. During all this time I did not receive even a single call from workshop. I am using my car for 1 week now and issue is still there and now car is not even cooling the cabin properly which it used to do with coolant leak.
    I had pleasant experience last time which I have mentioned in my earlier post in the same thread. It seems that Mr. Baliram whom I interacted earlier has left Sky Moto. Well no surprise there ! Losing good people to other brands is a perennial problem with Fiat.
    Also in the bill part number for radiator is mentioned as 59089865 which I guess is radiator for Punto. Is there any problem if Punto's radiator is installed in Linea?

    I've to add my recent service experience from SKY MOTO.

    Had given my car for servicing and was told that the cost would be around 12K to 14K. To my surprise, when I went to collect my car, the bill mentioned 22K. The SA called me to tell that the vehicle was ready, but when I went there I found that they were still working on the car. Internal cleaning had removed the cover over AC sensor and I had to search for it inside my car and found it somewhere down at the passenger seat side.

    Now the post service experience.
    --Neither SKY MOTO not FIAT India called to check the post service experience.
    After 2 days, some sort of screeching sound from the left tyre started coming, especially when the suspension seemed to be active. The noise is scary, like what a car may get during drifting.
    The windshield wipers were getting stuck occasionally and today when I was driving during heavy rain in the evening time, the windshield wiper got stuck all of a sudden. I had to drive at 10KM PH from there on.

    Last year service from SKY also resulted in similar issues. They over billed me with INR 600 odd rupees, which I pointed out to which Baliram said will be adjusted in future service center works. But to my surprise, they now say that they have no record of that. Don't trust the SKY MOTO thugs if they say that they will adjust later. Then I found that the seat belt buckle was broken, but thought that will get it rectified during my next visit which happened only after a year, now they say they are not responsible for that. I'll get the wiper problems fixed from some other place and will never go back to experience such sub standard service.

    Sorry to hear about the repeated bad experience.

    Kindly let us know what are the additional jobs that went in which hiked the estimate by 10K. What was the reason to take up these jobs (in case any). Was something faulty noticed during the service which had to be taken care of and eventually resulted in additional expense.
