Best thing is to go to a service center which gives good service.
I took my punto for check up camp last week. There was nothing much to do since i already had my punto serviced.
Service advisor told me that oil needs to be topped up.
To do that they attached covers to both the fenders..
When i went to take the delivery..i found scratches on both the fenders due to those covers..
I made them noticed about that..
Service incharge was not ready to accept the mistakes.
Also service advisor told me that..it is not their responsibility for the damage even if vehicle is under their custody..
Can some one let me know if this is true?
Sky are the most irresponsible and rude people I have ever seen. No professionalism. After the palio incident I stopped visiting them even though it is near to my place.
What incident? They seem to be having lot of complaints. On the contrary Pandit looks like the best service center and also has a huge no. of Fiat customers get it serviced regulary is it?
Going by the number of horror stories, whether its minor/major , seems almost all pune tfiian's have a horror story attached including me too.
They just seem to be getting better and better.. in harassing.
I recently serviced my fiat palio 1.2 ELPS from skymoto in akurdi pune. there was a problem with overheating and they took two weeks to get the issue resolved. And all they did was get the radiator cleaned. I gave them one day extra to just test drive the car and check. HOWEVER, when i received the car there was still a leakage of the coolant fluid. FIAT charged me for a new coolant bottle and all of that leaked out the next day after service. There was still overheating. I have called and logged a complaint but no one has gotten back to me. This was the most unsatisfactory service i have ever had and even after paying rs. 21000.
I do not recommend this service center to any FIAT enthusiast.
All SkyMoto does is delays and then rush's in the last minute to clear their job card.
Buddy get your car checked @ Pandit you wont regret it like SKY.
Another bad experience at Sky Moto
Wanted to fit seat covers in my Linea. I called them in the morning and asked for an appointment. Got a reply that I can come any time before 4 o'clock. So went there at around 3 in afternoon. Service adviser there told me that it is late now and he can not fix it on same day. I told him that I had called in the morning and was told to come on same day. Guess what he said -- The call was attended by guard in the morning !
Also He was the only person present that time. Others were busy watching India vs South Africa !!!
I would never fit seat covers at fass, they are not good at it. Better buy it from them if you have really liked the one available there and fit it from accessories shop. Else buy from accessories shop there are plenty of options and colors available.
Yeah did the same thing finally. Went directly to accessory shop and ordered seat cover.
As for Sky Moto they were good initially but now they have a customer for sure
