Very bad post sales service by Sky Moto Fiat, Pune
I purchased Fiat Punto Diesel from Sky Moto Fiat last year and I was skeptical about Fiat services right from the beginning. However, after Sky Moto Fiat's Sales person cajoled me with fake promises of good service and good after sales support, I bought this car. They even mentioned that they are opening a new service center near Viman Nagar area, which was a complete lie.
Everytime I delivered my car, they did not completed the free service requirements and they returned my car with incomplete servicing. First at the day I Sky Moto Fiat was supposed to deliver my car, they delivered it without cleaning properly from inside, and also they did not complete all the required documents. For which I had run after them for few days. When my car first went for servicing, they returned my car without washing, as they said that washing services was paid and it is not included in the Free Servicing.
I have been continuously experiencing difficulties with Sky Moto Fiat and today again they proved their unethical way of handling customers. They gave me a huge bill for Free 2nd Servicing Rs. 6116 (excluding Labor Charge). As they mentioned that in the Free Servicing only Labor Charge is not included. And in that too, they did not completed all the required services such as cleaning and wheel balancing.
I am writing this post not just in their FB page, but also at other blogs and post, so that anyone who is experiencing similar problems with Sky Moto Fiat should join together to raise complaint against their unprofessional and unethical services.
I am amazed that, why in the Driver's Manual, there is nothing mentioned about chargeable services or non chargeable services during free services. Is Fiat India also involved in such unethical business?
I am very unhappy with Fiat India. I have cars from General Motors and Maruti also, but I never had any such bad experiences from either.
This is really a setback for Fiat lovers who want to experience driving a Fiat car along with good customer experience for which Fiat is known worldwide.
I am really stuck with this issue and I am looking forward for any person from Fiat India to whom I can escalate this concern. Else, I will not be left with any option but to file a consumer complaint against Fiat India and Sky Moto Fiat services.
It is really pain full to go through some bad experience. I can understand your feeling in this situation.
Can you post the bill copy of your 2nd Service. This will help us to understand your case better.
As I have just finish my second service few weeks back. Yes free service does not include labor charges, consumables are paid as per actual. My bill come around 5200 Rs.
IMHO Fiat India will not be involved in such unethical business.
The Pune people will be able to guide you on this much more better way.
Do not get upset and dishearten, you definitely find a good service center in Pune, just keep faith and enjoy the Punto..

Could you please attach the bill for the 2nd servicing bill? As per the 2nd free service i.e. 1 year or 15K km whichever earlier.The engine oil & oil + Air filter needs to be changed & we need to be pay for it which is not coming near to 6K. In normal conditions. Why the bill they charged you?
FYI: I did the 45k Km servicing from sky moto akurdi & the washing was not done at all. I agree with you for this.
All consumables are chargeable and are not free. Please read the owners/Service manual. You cannot expect everything to be free during a free service, it's just labor charges that are free.
Allignment Balancing is not free either.

are the items that are changed during regular service and all the above are chargeable. I would be surprised if Suzuki is doing all this for free. I believe General motors has a AMC kind of program which is offered for their entry level cars that takes care of all the consumables as well, but that doesn't make them special. They probably have the costs included while selling the vehicle.
That said, 6K is about Rs 1500 expensive that what the bill should be i think (For a free service) but im not very sure about cost of filters etc for your petrol 1.2, also not sure if some other parts were changed due to damage during your regular running.
However, We cannot decide if there is anything unethical unless you post the bill though and please do read the owner and service booklet thoroughly else the consumer court case will not take you anywhere.

Does these condition matter,,, as the second point does not hold good neither for Fiat India not dealer. They consider only date of Invoice not date of delivery.
Date of invoice is the date when u pay the full amount. I paid the full amount on the morning of the day of delivery and my car was delivered the same day evening.
Felt sorry for you bad but clearly this is dealer 's problem and nothing related to fiat India . My pre-sales experience was very very bad with them. Stick to pandit auto for your concerns in future . They are quite good. There are many positive reviews for them including mine.
We have fiat India 's customer care mgr numbers with us. Check those for further communication with fiat India . Fiat is quite eager to solve customer issues. This time.
Done 4th regular servicing (45000 KM) at Sky moto. Total cost was 15K :cry:. "Exclusive" word doesn't make any difference except high service cost. Car was handover without washing (water shortage problem) and vacuum cleaning (this should not be acceptable). Also they are charging 2% extra on card facility.
If you change brake pads, discs, rear wiper, and few other stuffs, cost will go higher, this is not a regular service cost.
Agree with charging 2% on card, this should not be there, and cleaning should have been done properly.
