    Good that most of your problems are resolved :)
    I went to rdc on saturday to fix two of the problems which tass have never even tried fixing it.

    Rear left door central lock not working and metal rubbing sound from left side of the car. The door lock problem was due to a loose cable. They pulled out the cable socket and cleaned it up with a spray. To my surprise they did it for all the doors though I had problem with only one door.

    The metal rubbing noise on the left side was becuase the link rod has gone kaput. Have ordered a new one and should be getting it soon.

    Overall very happy to get good response from Tensingh and team who very politely listned to my problems and diagonised my car. Kudos to RDC.

    Yeah, the bill amount is 2731 only.

    They used a 4L can instead of 4 one litre cans and hence price maybe marginally lower. :)

    No other hidden charges like few other unethical TASS did.

    Buddy i never spoted you there yesterday. We were 5fiatians(myself, vignesh, naveen, dhans and varun) of us brought our cars for checks. I got my car for getting my Coolant top up. You could have spoted me a guy with black Tees and 3/4th Jeans shorts. If else my punto BNW Active with Red mirror and with a Antenna in the boot.

    Hey bharath, I remember now, your car was parked near the gate right?

    I was the one taking the white 90HP out, parked behind naveen's car. :)

    Next time, we can organize a mini TFI meet at RDC. :D

    Well, the second service would include additional items like the fuel filter (1.8k), air filter(350), ac filter, etc.

    It's such minute attention to details which inspire confidence to the customers. Customer typically thinks that if TASC or SA can take care of such minute details, he would have taken care of more complex technical details in any case and would rely on whatever TASS or SA diagnosed and done.

    Small thing but of enormous importance !! e.g. your comment on True Sai about half the treasury :) .

    Again confidence inspiring. There are only a few Service stations which thinks about customer's expenses. Like RDC, I find TCRS in Mumbai as one of the very few.

    Pathetic !
    These are hygiene factors. Taking care of it would not win any brownie points for Fiat but not taking care of it affects customer's confidence in the brand. And this is quite under the control of Fiat as there is no dependency on Tata or anyone else.

    If Fiat is reading this, QC is the 1st thing it needs to sort out ---> (Feedback from customers - TFI)

    Excellent. Superb.

    And this is due to the focus of TASS (like RDC or TCRS in Mumbai) on Customer expenses.
