    FIAT is responsible!
    RDC was the only one to handle entire Chennai. Body shop still under construction. Not sure if things have settled down at Service center too.
    Construction was going on in the neighbour building. Very narrow road to service center. FIAT must be knowing this. I wonder How FIAT did the sign off..
    With no proper setup/space How could FIAT provide state of art service?

    Oh..The epic issue still continues...Are these bad service feedbacks being reviewed by FIAT? I didn't get any feedback call from FIAT after my completion of Second free service in March 2013. Is FIAT really monitoring the service feedbacks, i doubt it..

    Still the CRM system is in progress with FIAT. Many of them have not got feedback calls after their service. Hope for the best it is just about 3 months now after Fiat has come solo. We need to wait for another 6-10months for the changes to happen and service to improve. IMO i find that RDC have improved a lot compared to earlier.

    IMO FIAT is not serving any third world country. We have all setup readily available and and the CRM software is the least required tool to operate your business effectively. Even when they are with TATA I used to get detailed bill with parts replaced under warranty. This time they didn't give any information regarding the parts changed as they do not have the setup ready yet. It's the not the matter of time, it's the matter of management planning and taking quick decisions.

    Take a look. the paint job done RDC Fiat Chennai.
    This is how they do the paint job.
    Last Saturday i gave my car to clean up this.Monday evening i went to take my car back. They made new scratch and dent in the driver side door. i left my car there to clean up this scratch and dent. I never saw such a bad service center in my life. Even my brothers owns I20 and Indigo, they never face these kind of problem with their service people.

    Ridiculous.
    What they think of Fiat Customers. Being their responsibilities to their act of misusing the car which drives to a scracth can't be patched up like this unethical work.
    Seems, FIAT in India is gong to non-existence soon.

    Did you express your anguish/displeasure to them? Did you happen to escalate it to their MD?
  8. Do the Workshop guys know what Responsibility means ? More than technical training the service men should be given the responsibility training which will eventually provide them the technical knowledge.

    Early i have escalated to CRM Mr.Raghuraman. I'll wait today, those guys told me they'll deliver today with scratches free.

    My advise to Chennai Fiat guys, Never ever got RDC fiat for bodyshop & painting...they were the worst....just try Ramkay Fiat Chennai. they have very big workshop in Chennai.

    Oh really painful to see such a bad job these people do and to compliment it further they make scratches and dents.This is totally annoying.How these people manage to make scratches and dents in all the cars that go for service.This should be escalated very much to a higher level.
