    I like the transparency part of your post. If we are promised that our part has to be ordered, then we need to be sms'ed the order no and date when the dealer places the order on FIAT. This automatic system should be built into the fiat parts ordering system. With this we can know if the dealer has placed the order or not and also fix the responsibility. Sometimes I do feel like why should a customer even think of these plans to improve user experience when we have the chance to use some other brand where procedures are more comfortable and we can concentrate on our work. FIAT , are you listening?

    Hi, I am yet to receive the car as there is some service center work pending - needed RH Front Fog light silver colour grill and LH front door handle needs to be replaced under warranty!

    Yes, I really wonder. I waited 2 months for front windshield and almost a month now for RH front fog light grill (requested on may29th). But these 2 spares are not a rarely needed one I believe.

    I enquired for my part at Ramkay fiat on saturday and today morning on both the occasion they took my details and assured a call back. I am still waiting for their call.

    Thanks. I spoke to Tensingh on Saturday and he asked me to wait for 10 days as he wants to spend time on my car trying to fix the root cause. I am okay with waiting for a week or two. I will call up tomorrow and ask for an appointment though.

    I got my car yesterday morning around 11:30am. The overall work seems to be good. I will post the pic in few days. Thanks to Mr.Jagathish !
    Was delivered neat and perfect clean including the interiors. It was shining in the sun like an angel, like a pearl :)

    And the bumpy ride seems to be because of excess air pressure in the tyres. But I had inflated and filled nitrogen set to recommended air pressure. Probably the nitrogen pump in that bunk might be a faulty one.

    And one serious advice to all.. Dont leave any valuable things in the car. I lost my fast track sun glass which I completely forgot to take it from that holder above the driver seat. This one was my wife's gift :(

    I agree. My wife had this small wallet full of coins and that went missing after the service.

    ^^ But guys, do remember that we should not do this mistake with any car and with any dealer. This is nothing specific to RDC. This is an universal problem in India.

    Tell me about it. My pack of cigarettes and lighter went missing from my Palio, when I had gone to KHT. Of course, this was couple of years ago, but looks like work ethics have not changed much.
