    Dont think that the 3hrs you spent on the garage is waste, it is precious. We fiatians love our cars so much than our spouse and girl friends. Just think like you have taken your wify for shopping.
    It is the most precious 3hrs that you have invested on which will yield return in near future. I have spend hours and hours of time with my Fiat's and i dont think its a waste.

    Gave my car for 1st service and windshield replacement through insurance on 29th May. And I am yet to get my car delivered.
    Actually on June 6th itself I was supposed to take the delivery. Went to service center and I was informed that my car was parked in Guindy due to space issue and will be coming in 15 mins. Till then had a nice time in exploring the service center and other cars. It was a delight to be with number of Punto and linea cars.
    After half an hour, Car came. Service bill costs nothing but was going to discuss about insurance bill after seeing the car. Windshield replacement was good but found my front tyre got puntured. But seems it would have happened that time only since there is no visible damage to the tyre. :(
    And in addition to this, there is couple of scratches in the bumber where the paint is completely chipped off to leave it black. And also scratch in the head light glass. :( I was almost feeling like crying.
    Informed the service guy and the body shop person. Since its a new car, I asked them to fix this before I take the deliver. They informed me that they will paint the bumber and fix the head light glass scratch and deliver to me. Hopefully by today I should be getting my car after 2 weeks.

    But I wonder.. Fiat service center doesnt have proper parking space. Had to wait for 10 days to get a 1st service appointment. Had to wait for a long long time to receive a much needed spare.
    Probably FIAT doesnt care much about Chennai. Neither there is no FIAT caffe yet in Chennai. FIAT toll free service sounds bit awkward. I have experienced Samsung toll free service which is just amazing. Everytime I call FIAT toll free, I have give my details fresh (name, address, car number, issues ... )
    I thought things will be great after FIAT's exclusive service center. Hoping this scenario should change quickly. Hoping FIAT would make us proud to own a FIAT car.

    Ideally, they should be able to track the customer's details using the mobile number itself. If they don't know how to set up a good customer support system, I wonder what they are doing then.
    I had purchased a washing machine from whirlpool in 2006. I had called the customer support just twice in these seven years. The moment they get my call, they check their system and verify whether it's me. I thought such a system is basic for any customer support mechanism.

    Thank you for the support. I got the car delivered by yesterday evening.
    Whatever the area got scratched in the front bumper has been painted, the head light scratch has been 95% removed - Overall it looks good.
    And the front wheel that got puntured was fixed but it was put as stepney while the new tyre has been put in the front wheel. I noticed this after reaching the home. But the issue now is the steering pulls to left and bit shaking. So, again I am going to service center now to fix this - to replace the new tyre back into stepney and check the wheel alignment again.

    Right! FIAT should upgrade the customer support, consider opening FIAT caffe, bringing the other car FIAT 500 and those service camps in Chennai as soon as possible.
