I went to Ramkay Service Center today for my Linea MJDs 1st service, really glad to meet a nice gentleman Mr. Kingston (TFIan) and his HHB Punto 90HP Sport. Good things with Ramkay : --> Very good hospitality from all Ramkay employees, everyone seems to be friendly --> Cleanliness all over the place --> SA patiently listened to all my concerns/queries --> I could see my car being serviced from Customer lounge and observed few things, they have checked everything as per the guidelines given in Fiat's Owners Manual for 1st service (Visual inspection of all lights, Horn/Wiper/Oil check up, Wheel alignment, checked underbody and tightened few things, Water wash including engine bay cleaned, glad that they did interior polishing too. I have noticed some dirts in front passenger seat/steering wheel/dead pedal etc, not a big deal though, it happens in service center) --> My Extended Warranty put in Fiat's system is 2018 instead of 2019 which I was not aware of, seems RDC did a mistake here, SA helped me to figure it out. Would request you all to verify their EW (if availed) start date and end date while going for service center. Total Bill Amount - Rs.573/- Kudos Ramkay team and SA Mr. Sarath Kumar Things to improve : --> I have reached service center by 8:45 am, it's 1st service so thought like I can wait and get the vehicle instead of coming back to home and go again, my delivery time quoted is 11:30 am but vehicle got ready only by 1:45 pm this should have been taken care, so that the customer don't need to wait for long --> 3 screws in door and one bolt in door hanging were rusted, I have asked them to replace it while I went for a small check up in Jan'14, they said it was not available and they will place order, call me back once they receive it, didn't get a call so far. Today they said we already placed order, once get we will call you back, let's see.
