    Rajendran is a very experienced person with FIAT cars (If i am not mistaken the identity).
    Know him from Anuroop FIAT days. Rajendran and Michael were part of Fortune Cars service team. Also R.S motors is associated with KAVA automobiles IIRC.

    @rajeev_pillai, Kava shares the shed adjacent to RS motors, and they are friends first and neighbours later, not so much of partners (i think), but more like helping each other out. That Kava's go-down for stripping down components for scrap or repairs/rebuild of components and also for dumping collected spares from different sources both new and old stuff. Kava's smaller shop is at Opera House market near Shetty Motors I think where Vijay bhai operates from for sales India wide. They have few international bulk buyers too I reckon.

    You are right, Michael is more hands-on working guy and he and Rajendran both were from Anuroop Fiat which shut down (near Goregoan Flyover) and also there were perhaps some guys were from Concorde. That experience gives them the edge to solve some niggles esp. when spares were scanty. Since RS has officially got the Fiat badge, used spares are never used, unless necessary like in older gen UPS cars, where customer asks for it to keep the car functional.

    I could not agree more with the positive feedback for RS Motors. Mr Rajendra is a gem and absolutely no taking the customer for a ride kind of a guy.

    I got my 30k service done with them and now my car is due for the 45K service (though its done only 24K KMS). Recently the driver side lock developed a glitch and could not lock with the remote, had to use the key to lock. It was replaced without a hitch with them.

    My car has developed scratches all over, planning to get an overcoat done. Let's see what RS Motors quote. Will update once the service is complete.

    I got my MJD Punto annual service done through R.S. Motors this time and it was a pretty neat job done.Mr Kailash attended my vehicle and I did have a brief interaction with Mr Rajendra as well.No problems observed so far in comparison to my earlier visits to Torrid and Balaji where problems had developed after servicing.Everything was explained well and my car was delivered in a good condition.Mr Michael helped me upgrade the firmware due to bluetooth pairing issues with my iphone 4 but the long persisting problem still was not solved.Overall,a good experience.

    Hello Team,
    Would like to share my experience with R S Motors, Kandivalli.
    I had an appointment for my first car service at 9:30 AM. But was able to make it to the place from Parel only by 12:15 PM (laziness :p)).

    Warm welcome by Pratik - receptionist, offering tea, coffee and cold drinks.
    12:25 PM: Mr. Kailash attended and did inspection of the car. I was informed that the car will be delivered around 4:00 PM (generally it takes does an hour or two for the first service – no issues).
    Meantime to while away the waiting time, had a chat with Rajendra, Michael and the owner (don’t remember the name though). The session was really good with lots of knowledge sharing.
    During that time I came to know through them that the duration is long, because they are not equipped with a system for wheel alignment, instead have to depend on the service of a third party vendor.
    The technicians who serviced the car, washed it, vacuumed from inside; also for minor scratches etc., they did waxing and polishing without charging extra money and the vehicle was delivered on time as promised.
    Recommended the owner to start one in South Mumbai. :D:D
    Overall it was an awesome experience; she had a perfect car spa!!

    On a visit to RS, I happened to meet Mr. Valsan from Fiat. He was kind enough to spare time and discuss some concerns about the future for Fiat vehicles and pro and cons in existing portfolio and marketing too. Requested him for an official interaction of TFI members in near future with a group of Fiat executives if possible to discuss current product issues and feedback on products and possibly future plans of Fiat if they would consider discussing with us. :)
