friends, I had my 75000 km service from the newly opened exclusive dealer on 09/10/14. I was shocked by the service given by them...i called them on 08th and booked the appointment for the next day and to my surprise the sa called me on 09th morning and said they are sending a person to take the car from my home.."a dream comes true"..@11.30 the sa called me and informed about the work and estimated amount. 10th evening the work was completed and they informed me they will deliver the vehicle at my place..but i wanted to do a td so i went to the service center. the washing was neatly done and was ready for delivery (unlike hyson fiat cochin). Sa detailed me about the work done and the bill. The service cost was also reasonable (10717 including front brake pad set ), last time hyson charged me 28957/- for the 60000km service and the failed to rectify many complaints which i mentioned including the horn complaint. The glow plug had some problem and the sa told me that it is covered under warranty but will take a weeks time as they have just started the service. Even I had problems with the steering controls which the hyson service people were not able to rectify but the sa at pinnacle informed that the machines for this has not yet come and they are expecting it in a weeks time. So the overall experience with pinnacle and the sa was above expectation. Hope they will continue the same kind of service.
