Can you elaborate what problem you had about the suspension? Was it the rear left suspension noise by any chance?

    Pandit or Acumen? Please advice

First of all I would like to apologize to Maverickxx2006 for not replying to your request, somehow I missed it.
Here is Arti Naidu's contact number : 9881907361. Sorry, I'm not sure if she is still with Fiat and if this number works.

This time I have following issues with my GP.
    1. Steering rattles when driven over rough road.
    2. Steering feels like disconnected at times, again over rough road.
    3. Gears do not engage properly. Including the reverse gear. Feel like something is stuck inside, kinda rubbery?
    4. Some alignment issues with the rear seat, the smaller one among 40:60. One can hear a 'thud' over a speed breaker.
    5. Paint issue on the rear door. Mine is 'Exotica Red' and now I can see a small say 2x2 inch 'pinkish' patch on the rear door.

My car is yet to complete 2 years and I would like to have all these issues rectified. BUT I'm not sure where!!
I had real bad experience with Pandit (Akurdi) and Acumen guys, though they sounded good when I was there for free checkup, I'm not sure they are competent enough. The other thing is they broke ash tray's lid during free checkup and also coins inside it were missing despite of telling them what Pandit Auto did to my car during 2nd Service :A

So what should I do now? Should I go to Acumen or should I go back to Pandit again?

    I stick to Pandit Auto.

At least I know people in Pandit and know how they work, what to do in case of any issue, escalations etc.

Known devil is better than a unknown devil.

Kept my car with Pandit Auto Akurdi in the morning.
Assigned SA is Javed, he seems to be ready to listen and ready to help. Assured me delivery at 5PM today and will fix everything except paint issue as it will take some time. He would let me know what they can do about the paint issue.

So far looks good. Fingers crossed!!

Pandit Auto, Akurdi? Yes till Mr. Javed is available!

Guess what? I got my car back with almost all issues fixed and that too 1hr before the time I was committed. :)
I feel its all because of my luck that someone from BUB joined Pandit Auto, Akurdi as a SA. He joined some 5 months back. Guys please ask for Mr. Javed if at all you happen to service/repair your Fiat at Pandit Auto, Akurdi.

    1. Steering rattles when driven over rough road.
    => Fixed

    2. Steering feels like disconnected at times, again over rough road.
    => Fixed

    3. Gears do not engage properly. Including the reverse gear. Feel like something is stuck inside, kinda rubbery?
=> Fixed. They replaced 'clutch slave cylinder' PN: 0055237794. SA informed me that the earlier one was 'Plastic' one and the new one is made up of steel.

    4. Some alignment issues with the rear seat, the smaller one among 40:60. One can hear a 'thud' over a speed breaker.
=>. Looks like a design flaw. SA informed it does not have a lock for the part touching the base on which seat is rested. Will need to check for 'thud'. Confirmed same with couple of other E-PK Punto's.

    5. Paint issue on the left door. Mine is 'Exotica Red' and now I can see a small say 2x2 inch 'pinkish' patch on the rear door.
=>. I myself could not see the patch in order to show it to the SA!! Will park in sunlight and check again tomorrow.

They also top-up brake fluid, front right shocks refit and set break lever. Actual cost was Rs. 2,584/-. I had to pay nothing as all work done under warranty.

Last Saturday I visited Pandit Auto for accessories .. Door Sill Plates & Seat Covers. These guys are really pathetic. The moment I reached they were not allowing to park my vehicle in premises reason being TATA exchange offer is going on so you cannot park. After lots of argument finally I parked the vehicle.
The lady at the accessories counter was like that she is a Filmstar. They didn't had either of the accessories and I asked them to take the advance order, they simply refused and said we will call you once we have part.

    Thanks to TATA Motors.

I dont think they have best engineer. All of them are sick.

Pandit Auto has pathetic after sales service in the world.

They give up by servicing near about 50 cars per day. God knows what will they do if they get lots of cars to service.

One more thing is that we need to book an appointment one month prior to service the car.

I spoke to service advisor (Mandar) regarding to fix the Linea arm rest to my Punto and he said "Sir warrenty jayega gadi ka" and I was like
