I had gone there today to check on my Palio MJD's camber issue. I was anticipating that I might have to change my strut/lower arm. They changed the camber bolt and the positive reading has reduced by almost 0.50 degrees but its still positive. I guess the issue may reoccur after driving for few hundred kms, in which case I might have to change the strut. Mr. Abhijit there was really courteous and helpful.

Overall was a good experience and it was great to see just 'Fiat' everywhere and no Indicas around :) Even the staff looked enthu to have dedicated fiat SC. The adviser said that getting parts would be better than routing it through Tata earlier. He even assured that the parts for Palio's suspension can be sourced for sure but would take longer time than Punto/Linea..

Btw, if you are going there to get some work done then please carry some cash as they are not accepting the cards yet. They are functional but I think some of their SAs and resources are yet to move. Hope you guys have a great time.

Happy to know about this new Pandit's Service centre. Do we need to take advance appointment for minor repairs? Are they open on Sundays?

According to the supervisor manager, they plan to have the service centre open on Sundays too going forward because Sunday is convenient for many customers.

After our/TFI's Saturday visit. I visited the pandit auto today once again as i wanted to fix my Punto's trunk lock. The bolts which holds the trunk lock in place, out of these two one of the bolt was broken and the lock was hanging on one bolt only. I reached there around 10.00 am, was asked to wait in the lounge for 15-20 mins as all the service advisers were busy in taking car's for servicing. I was fine with it, as it was a running maintenance and a it was really a small issue.

Went to lounge and noticed that already 5-6 owners were waiting in the lounge. The moment i reached i was offered a glass of water. In next 5 mins they offered a tea. :) I was not at all bothered about how it tests. As I was happy that at least they asked me if i need something.

After another 10 mins one service adviser came and asked all the customers if there is anyone who's car is not yet addressed. There were couple of such customers. The SA quickly called them out and prepared the job card. After another 5 mins both the receptionist came and once again checked if anyone is not yet attended. When she saw me she said 'Sir, your's is running maintenance right?' I was happy that at least she remembered that this fellow has so and so problem :up. Otherwise as per previous experiences, I had to explain the problem again and again to same/many people. After that I started reading the news paper and then i after a while realized that it's 10.50am. As soon as I came out of customer lounge and CRM manager (forgot his name) asked me if there is any problem. I told him that it's a small fix and just need to change the couple of bolts and I smiled back. He crossed checked with receptionist if any SA is available. Unfortunately there was none. So, he went inside the service bay and got hold of one person and asked him to replace the bolts quickly. When they checked the lock they said we will have to replace the lock:evilsmile. I told them we can pull out the broken bolt. We just have to replace the broken bolt and not the complete lock. He nodded and I next 20 mins the issue was addressed.

I even met @Channa(Yellow 1.6 GTX), he had just came to check out the Pandit workshop. We did a chit-chat for sometime. Checked out an unregistered bossa-nova white Tjet which was at washing bay. Also, I informed them that the number which they have mentioned on the website is not reachable so they gave me following numbers. So, if anyone wants to book the slot for servicing here they are,
Bavdhan (FIAT SERVICE STATION) - 02039393891/92/93/97
    Bavdhan Body shop (FIAT/TATA) - 8308926800/8308926900

So, it seems like though it's exclusive FIAT service center the Body shop will be shared by both TATA and FIAT.

Finally decided to leave ASS around 12.00 pm. Cross checked with CRM manager:up if I need to pay something, he went to service bay and came back in couple of sec...smiled back and said no sir nothing!!!! Thanked him and turned towards my punto.

The moment I cranked my punto, her mid showed me a considerable mileage drop in a trip meter B. When i entered service center overall FE for trip B (over all 130 kms) was exact 21.00 km/l but, when I came out of service center it was 19.9 km/l. I was wondering what exactly had happened!!! it's ohk not at all worried about it but it's just a food for thought!!:)

Overall a very good experience. Thumbs up to CRM manager/SA/Receptionist!!! :D

Tinesh nice meeting you there and I missed Saturday mini meet...

Here is the second half of the story :)

After Tinesh left, I went inside again as I forgot to ask the cost for front and rear bumper. Mr Javed (who saved my palio in 2011 from cruel PANDIT) took me to the accident and painting bay.
He instructed one of the person to provide the estimation and left. Can anybody guess how much time I would have waited to get the estimation??? 1:30mins uffff.

The assigned person asked me to wait for 30mins. I said boss I just need an estimate for painting the front and rear bumper. still he said it will take 30mins and got busy negotiating with another customer (OB Punto having scratches on passenger side fender and small dent on bonnet). Mean time one TATA Nano lady came and started arguing, seems like she is also waiting for a while. She went inside furiously and came back with Supervisor (lady). By this time she settled the Nano issue it was 60mins. I could not wait any longer and went to the Supervisor and asked howmuch time it would take to give an estimation? She is kind enough to apologize and arrange another person.

I asked him the same question but he insisted to have a look at the car. another 10mins wasted. Without arguing much I ran back to the main gate and drove to the accident area.
    After investigation he quoted 8K+taxes.

But one thing noticeable is back of the SC, its a mess, no discipline no process. Everything was happening very randomly. is a very pleasing sight at the service center every where cute noses... ;-)
