    I've already reported about exteremly bad service quality of Rama Motors.

    Most of the employees from Rama Motors has joined Oberai Cars. I would like to say that 75% staff is from Rama Motors and the assure same bad quality serice as Rama Motors. So take your car to Oberai cars only if you want to spoil you car very very badly.

    From my side its a BIG NO by any chance to this service centre.

    I had done my second free service and would like to share the deatils it contians so that new user like me :) can have basic idea about the cost and part need to be changed.

    Engine Oil 3.3 ltr - around 2000
    Oil Filter - 350
    Fuel Filter - 1800
    Air filter - 300
    Wiremesh Filter - 50
    Electrical Contact Cleaner - 100

    yes i was quite happy too... but i have timing chain issue alongwith ..so my mood spoil on that as i have to keep my hatch to service station for 1-2 days to get it replaced. :(

    This is perfectly in line with expected costs. Glad to see a Tata A.S.S. not fleecing a Fiat customer once in a while. Which service center is this? What is the issue with the timing chain?

    I have done from Oberoi Cars, Noida. I always use to have service from this centre only all the way from Gurgaon to Noida. As this is not true that TATA is not fleecing.. they use to do it now also. But Its individual who need to be cautious with this. I spend time with them from morning 10 to evening 3 to get it all check in front of my eyes. else you don't know what get changed in due time :).

    I am having some noise apart from engine and get it checked from service center and the supervisor told me that timing chain kit need to be replaced. Its just 13000kms driven and timing chain issue arose. Really felt bad when i heard this. Anyways again on monday i have to visit them and they will kept my car for 1-2 days :(

    Hi friends,

    I have done my 15000 km service yesterday @ Malik cars, hyderabad. It cost me rs. 4587.
    I am very happy with the service, car is very smooth after the service. I did not do wheel balancing. I will post the break-up later.
    SA said that break pads are worned out, and he said it will run for another 2000 km. Will check after 18k.

    If there are any timing belt issue..is it covered under warranty for 2nd service??
  9. Oberoi car is good...I would here like to name a few of their staff members for examplary service. First is service advisor Haribal who is there in sector 63, the GM of service Mr. Gopalan. Both are nice and humble plus they have a great knowledge of Fiat cars.

    Shoddy and pathetic service by Oberoi cars Noida (main bodyshop-cum-workshop)


    My car's bumper was damaged due to a drain yesterday and it needed to be repaired and painted today. Along with some petty running repair jobs to be done as part of preventive maintenance, I took my car to Oberoi cars noida at 9:45 am and specifically told them to do all the jobs and return the car by 6/6:30 pm since we had to go for a function today evening.
    There was absolutely poor coordination between the service adviser and the bodyshop person and my bumper was removed at 2:15 pm and painted at 4:30 pm. And on meeting the CEO after escalating the issue, my car was delivered at 19:30 hours with the bumper fitted.
    After returning from the function, I was shocked to see the Fiat logo in scratched state. Firstly, 4 hours were wasted due to poor coordination and now this. And if Fiat wants to make a promise of better experience these petty things go a long way in ruining the ownership experience no matter how good the work has been done. The washing persons even messed my 3D kagu mats.
    They had even earlier messed up my friend's Indica vista after the paintwork.
