Since it was sometime since my last service, I thought I'll take advantage of the free service camp today. The service was fairly fast - considering that there were a bunch of folks in the queue before me. One finding was that some rat somewhere is putting a review of the restaurant that is my car on Burrp/Tripadvisor. For now it has managed to chew a bit of the indicator wiring; but I'll get a detailed assessment done when I go in for my service.

BTW, I met the man himself - Adit - had some discussions on upcoming launches (he wasn't too forthcoming; just left the temptation in the air :)) and general chit-chat. He definitely has ensured that I come in for a test-drive at the very least. Now I need to find a way to convince The Missus about switching cars ;-)

It was my first experience with KHT Fiat when I went for the 25th camp. Everything went well in the camp and got a recommendation to replace the FLHS lower control arm as it is damaged. Got the complete check up done along with a top wash.

    However, I have 2 complaints:
    1. The mechanic was overly generous in topping up the coolant way above the MAX line (thanks to KHT, I've removed the excess and kept for my future use)
    2. Even though I was cautious about my sun glass and some coins, I forgot 2 hardly used chewing gum boxes and they went missing. Hope this attitude would cost them heavily in the future, if not corrected immediately.

Otherwise, I'm quite satisfied with the way things are handled. Will definitely go there for my next service.

Lol. I'm not in bangalore, so this is not related to kht, but the same thing happnened to me the other day. The empty chewing gum box was left and a couple of 5 Rs coins were flicked.

I think it is our responsibility to remove everything from the car and there is no point blaming the people at the SC. This is mostly the washing & cleaning staff flicking stuff and they just don't get it how much ever you tell them.

    Agreed.

But, I didn't realize they'll be so much fond of gums.

Did you get the interiors cleaned? If thats the case, they might have removed the gum boxes and might have forgotten to place them back. Not supporting the dealer here, but mistakes can happen.

The mats were clean. So, I assume they have done some interior cleaning and yes what you mentioned is probable too.

Or even the vacuum cleaner might have sucked out the coins, just a possiblity since the industrial grade vacuum cleaner which can easily suck in the pen drive or coin kept in the cup holders.

But, what went missing are the chewing gum boxes :)

Anyway, it's not a great loss for me. But, what matters is the attitude.

Have Fiat & Service centers stopped taking customer feedback after any service? I have done my 4th service with KHT on 1-Feb-2014. While taking delivery also there was no feedback form available and even after 10 days, i havent even got a single call from the service center or the service executive to ask for feedback on how vehicle is performing? Surprising...

Adit - can you please confirm? Does sending an email to you is the only option for getting a feedback?
