    After 2 back to back visits which resulted in a follow-up visit as well, I was not so keen in giving my car for the 1,05,000 service at KHT which was right behind my office, but then due to lack of time I was forced to visit KHT again.

    This time I came out rather impressed, all my points were addressed. In fact I was waiting for the last 10 days so that I am sure my Punto is fine after the visit.

    Special mention to be made about the support given by Mr. Suresh and Bharath for helping my friend from Chennai get his S10 radiator, fan and coolant tank fixed inspite of the weekend rush. He was shocked to know that such parts were readily available.

    your feedback means a lot to us.....some corrective measures have been taken which is being closely monitored by me and my cel Sanjai to ensure customer satisfaction. .... we also do have a special camp for Palio wich was conducted and i hope it was helpful to palio owner.

    It will be good if KHT opens a FASS near Mysore road or any near by places on this side of the Bangalore city as many FIAT owners are staying in this part and find it difficult to drive a long way to the current FASS, I appreciate the current KHT Service operations the staff are co-operative and helpful and address issues well, Thank you KHT..

    @Dear Adit, please consider this point if you are planning to open FASS in future..

    I own a Fiat Linea 1.4 Emotion Pk. Recently had a breakdown of the car owing to a stuck gearbox due to a faulty clutch. As I had been following this thread very closely for the last 6 months, I insisted that the car be towed to KHT Fiat from NGV, Koramangala. The towing services were itself provided a after 2 days as initially Fiat denied the roadside assistance citing that I did not fall under the cover. Anyways the car was towed out at at 2130 hrs in the night on 07 Nov. Next Day I received a call from SA Bharath at 1100 hrs. I arranged for a meeting with him and drove from my office at HAL to meet him at 1200 hrs. The meeting was nice and he was quite attentive and positive. I insisted on getting the clutch assembly replaced under Extended Warranty as the same unit was replaced earlier too at 28500 kms under warranty when it broke down and got me stranded next to Lal Chowk in Srinagar, Kashmir. When I insisted that the clutch had broken down after running just 29000 kms and in between this period too ihad to show my cat thrice for clutch related problems, he agreed to put in a request for extended warranty. Since the car had run 57480 kms he also agreed to take the car into servicing. The final estimate was rs 15200 plus taxes including AC cleaning and Engine Flushing. This amount I feel is a bit steep but I am willing to pay it if the car comes out as good as new. Frankly the car was giving a lot of problems and I dreaded driving it. Also negotiated with him to paint half the rest bumper and Deephaven the the Chrome strip for another 3 grands. Keeping my fingers crossed for now and hope that the car gets a much needed life extension. Also hope that the total bill doesn't burn a hole in my pocket as it will surely impact my expenses for the next few months. The cost of ownership is as such quite high for this car. Requesting Adit to kindly put in a word and monitor the progress of the repairs and servicing. Will be greatly obliged if car is well serviced and keeps my love for the car intact.
