    I did get the 3rd service done in time... I am just surprised by the 3 to 4. Days of time taken in servicing...never been the case, too many fiat owners in Bangalore :) Ironically I live right opposite the service station..

    Hi Skywalker, did you ask them why do they need 3-4 days for servicing. What special will they be doing?
    Did you ask for any paint or body work?

    Hey Raj, nothing, just a normal servicing, folks are coming to town so wanted to get the car squeaky clean. Didn't even get to discuss any problem... Truth be told its quiet disappointing to be told that it will take 3-4 days...for that..I've got my car serviced at both Aadya and prerana no one ever said this..once it came to kht for accident repair last year..before the Tata fiat separation..no problems that time..I think I should look at one of these car spas for this now

    Adit,
    I would request to address the stains concern that everyone has been reporting for long time now. Why not use the seat cover/steering cover to protect from this issue??
    I haven't received any feedback call from KHT or FIAT!!
    Also what is the issue with the billing system and database is KHT properly connected to the FIAT system?

    Hope that all the service records get updated in the centralized FIAT database and would not cause any issues of missing records in future!!

    Nor did I get any feedback call. I was skeptical because there is neither feedback call nor bill in proper format. I emailed the service bill and other details to FIAT requesting to ensure the central system is updated with my service records. They replied asking for vehicle regn. number, after this I got a confirmation saying all the service records are updated.
    Just that I didn't to want take chances.

    Free service camp gift. Air filter box rubber lock missing.

    Since yesterday has some clatter during idle found the culprit was airfilter box.

    Now where can I get this part? Not ready to go to KHT (25kms frm home) just for this one.

    since there is a new DMS from Fiat there are some issues with it for now which is getting sorted out....now that Fiat is independent they have their own DMS.....so dont worry things are being sorted out by Fiat....the database is safe manually or online in some form :)

    and again y worry when KHT team and Adit are there :)

    tats very nice comforting words, thanks. but practicality is quit delayed from FIAT. hope things will speed up very very soon especially w.r.t quality n parts availablelity. :)

    they r on the job 24/7....also we need to understand tht a DMS system from a manufacturer for all india dealers is not a small n simple software that gets implemented easily.....they have actually setup a 24 hrs technical help to dealers to address issues. So its not to long before all issues get resolved but again u never know what new issues crop up since its the initial teething problem.
