As you said it is second service, I assume the car is less than a year old. A part failing such a short period means there is something wrong, either with the part(be it replaced or factory fitted) or with the driving habits.
Did you try for warranty claim? I know that the term "worn out/ burnt clutch" are very subjective terms and depends on the sense of the mechanic seeing the part.

    Wondering what they inspected.

Has FIAT stopped the customer feedback mechanism post-service? I didn't get any feedback call either from KHT or from FIAT after 60k service! Is it that the service completion is not entered in the system? Or the process itself is stopped. Previously, the service center used to call after 3-4 days of service and check if everything is fine with the car.

  3. Nopes. My car is 2 years old and has run 42000 km. About the free check up, ain't too sure. Maybe they have super vision or something. Anyways right now at KHT. The issue has been fixed. The clutch slave cylinder was replaced. Mr.Kuldeep has been excellent in his interactions and the mechanic Nagarjuna was also really good.

i agree KHT is no different than other service centers.....they are all the same.....the only difference is that i like to take personal interest in complaints like your and ensure they are resolved properly.

this issue has been taken up and i have asked for a detailed report regarding this. someone shall contact you soon and ensure all issues are resolved. :)

My Fiat GP 1.3 MJD will be 3 years in August, it has run 36,000 km, I called up the KHT guys at Mahadevpura to book a slot, they were busy till 25th..then I was told that it will take 3 to 4 days for the car to be serviced, reason being it has rolled up 36,000 km... No back up vehicle will be provided....
I am not sure if these are great levels of servicing... 3 years and now I am worried if buying a Fiat was a good idea..wonder how will I respond to those 4 souls who bought Punto on my behest... my question is... does it take that much time to service a Grand punto with 36,000 km??

This is why I completed the 60k service a month in advance when it actually falls in August. No last minute surprises.

Book a slot and get it serviced. Normally, it doesn't take more than a day max.
I guess he should have completed 3rd service at 30k itself or three years whichever is earlier. If this is the case, warranty is likely to get void because of not doing the service as per company specified schedule.
