  1. Manifold and MAP sensor needs cleaning too, it was another 30 minutes more work but I don't know why these guys don't think it is necessary,

    Today, I did first service for my punto @ KHT Kundanhali Bangalore.

    Everything went well till the time, I came out of service center and noticed a dent on my car Front LHS Door.

    I paid invoice and filled-in feedback(was not aware of the dent) form and walked out, I was not aware of the actual deeds by KHT.

    When asked SA Kuldeep, he clearly denied saying your car was full of dust so, there is no possibility of dent identification during primary inspection.

    Dent on the car is clearly evident, and more possibility of happening this could only be during placing the car on rack, since the dent is exactly in middle of door right at the arrow line.


    Altogether my experience with KHT was not good, although I wrote good feedback just because I had no idea of this dent or I can say once should walk around the car and observe carefully, should not rely on SA. My mistake is I was in all confidence of KHT which I gained from this forum.

    Please be careful with these guys, don't believe or take their words, check your car carefully before you sign any document.

    Guys, please share information on removing this dent as I don't want to go back to KHT for this, it was a big disappointment from them :(

    At least a few of the complaints against KHT were not about their technical knowledge or competency, but about how irresponsibly some of the technicians drive our cars in the workshop area. SA will never agree if we ask about something like this after we take delivery.
    My Punto got a minor bulge on the bonnet couple of years back. Another member, Patchyboy got a similar bulge on his Palio's bonnet. Both were the result of carelessness, which cannot be excused. I think adit has to tell them that technical skill alone is just not enough, they also have to learn how to take care of customers' cars that come for service.

    My 75HP got a dent on the RHS door. Might be from the lift or any neighboring car door opened carelessly within KHT parking.

    Kuldeep was the SA assigned to me too.

    What pissed me off totally was that when I was waiting for my car to be taken into the ramp in fiat bay, after coming in at 9, leaving my work, waiting for two hours, my car was used to drop an employee of KHT to the neighbouring bus stop in the name of TD. I blew my top and the car was back in ten minutes.

    The SA was clueless as to who took the car and also when I questioned him on if it was really a TD why the heck was the customer left behind?

    Personally would not prefer KHT again though Adit has given his best to me.

    For us, it is our prized possession. For them, it is just another car, amongst a multitude of other taxis that have come in for servicing. I guess the word "Service" does not mean the same to them. :A :A

    This is a shocker :shocked

    When I went for my Punto's first service to KHT, I interacted with Mr Suresh (Service - GM) and told them clearly that I would be personally present till my car is ready and not to delay things. Luckily did not face any issues except the wash quality which I pointed out in the feedback form. But the thing is be it any service station, customer should feel confident enough to leave his car behind and walk away with peace of mind. If one has to keep his fingers crossed till he gets the delivery of the car; am afraid its not a good sign.

    yesterday i visited KHT motors kundalahalli for break pad replacement as i was calling since last 15 days at all the ASS they acknowledged me and agreed to part with one of the brake pad sets (New Type 2012) out of three which they had received for there cars, i went there straight from my Electronic city office and got it fixed got a can of 1 ltr Selenia as well as Prulfex coolant along with that.

    I think we all should give KHT a good message - With so many complaints and such quality issues we should stop going at KHT unless they really improve and promise to deliver quality service. Till then NO KHT (atleast I m not going there).

    We all love our cars and that's why we are here - if they treat our cars in this way - then let them serve only tata.
