Before putting in KHT, I checked in Bosch, Thirunelveli for ABS warning message. These people told that it might be a sensor problem and they need to run complete check for half an hour to one hour (even they had equipments) but there was no time to check there. The service engineer in KHT took 2 days and he said he erased ECU data and the message is not coming now; and checked it by driving out (15+ kms on board), hit the humps (for the cracking sound while braking on bad roads). Doesn't it look pathetic? I asked why with that engineer and no replies. If it comes back then where he will put his face? Even on the cabin noise he told that he checked all the corners. Now I need to run the car in expressway in 80+ to check whether it is happening still. It is double work for me now. Where is the responsibility? Or is there no control mechanism put up to monitor things? I seen the billboard in KHT lounge with numbers and mail ids of persons to whom I can report if there is no satisfaction or delay but even then if I get the same kind of service means that the people are not worried or feared about the system. If that's the thing KHT boss wants then definitely he will lose customers.
