    Screw KHT, why dont you try Concorde motors on Mysore rd? I go there always and AFAIK they have been the most courteous people , better than the Diary circle guys any day.
    Or is this place just too far for you?

    No I dont have service experience with KHT...I went there few times because I wanted to check suspension noise and then the fuse thing that happened yesterday...they ultimately do it but again the problem is you need to convince them a lot that this is a minor problem and it can be fixed the way KHT is nearest and i had my first T-Jet test drive from KHT only (Mr Tausif was very nice during the TD and he convinced me to go for T-Jet plus) though i bought my vehicle from somewhere else after I saw all their vehicles in showroom did not have "H" symbol on ODO.

    I bought my car from concorde motors dairy circle and they are good as issue with them and they have done everything according to me (lots of accessories etc). hope for the best as my first service is due in June.

    But mine is different story. I have got a very good service at KHT. I have taken the car at aadya, but got serviced at KHT(i have got the problem from the day 1). Despite the home dealer(AADYA) i got good support from KHT.
    The sales reps(Puneet, Tausif), and the service guys(bharat, Velu) are very good. They have the deeper knowledge in the fiat vehicles.

    +1 these guys are main FIAT guys in blr i think, they stock more than any other branch.
    I got my brake pads changed from them only as the mysore rd guys never got a set of pads....

    But my reason to stick to mysore rd is that , there are really not that many folks coming there and the guys there are really courteous to attend to you asap.
    Also any TDs you want to do you have the whole highway to yourself. ;-)

    oh brake pads.. This reminds me I need to create a new post now. :)

    apologies for the inconvenience caused to you for the problem that you had.... action initiated to ensure it does not happen again. Request you to still send me a mail with your vehicle number on , and and pls mention the same issues faced by you. Will ensure this does not happen again.


    Please tell me if you have ever visited KHT for any service or not ? Or if you have had any problem , bad experience with kht ? If you have bought your car from kht motors and faced a problem ? and i shall personally make sure everything is resolved but it is definately not appreciated the way you mention " Screw KHT " in your post.
    pls realise we r also here in business and i as the owner am here 2 ensure personally that customers get the best service....but even we r dependent on manpower hired.....there r always goin to be black sheeps in every organisation... but tht surely does not give you the right to say "SCREW KHT"......NOT APPRECIATED.....i have always been personally accessible to every member of TFI to bring their issues to my notice if not resolved and i will make sure it is done and corrective action with staff will be taken.

    if that was the case why do i ensure i keep in touch with customers so that they may bring their complaints to my notice also to ensure they r resolved properly.....

    other customers - my apologies if u feel i am rude here with theblack , but i hope you understand my feelings as well when quoted by someone "SCREW KHT" in public......pls let me know if i have lacked in responding to your queries or making sure your complaints r not resolved or if i do not make sure 2 check the forum and follow up with your issues......

    adit, a suggestion, like Concorde, you can also have one small bay for "Quick Service", so any small fix, like above, doesn't need to go through whole booking processes (I am making assumption that this facility is not there in KHT).

    hi Ravi,

    We have not 1 but 4 quick repair bay's at KHT.....which is at teh entrance itself...... the above problem was a complete lack of behavior of the service advisor for which action already has been taken... will ensure that these kind of laps dont happen again.....

    I fully value your response. Pls look at the other end from the customers point of view. All he needs is a fuse to be replaced. Its a 10 min job. Ok lets be realistic, its half an hour job, 'cos the service engineer need to wrap up the current task then take a look at the new problem and then fix it.

    But for an half an hour job, if the customer is asked to take a booking and come on specific days is not a practical stuff.

    I have gone through similar situation at Aadya. My office is bang opposite to the Aadya motors and I wanted to check the headlights since the focus was very high and it was creating an issue to the oncoming traffic. I went to the reception and told them that i want the headlight focus to be adjusted. They asked me if they can take a booking. I asked them to connect with their SA but they didn't oblige. I simply drove back home and went to concorde mysore road and got it fixed without any appointment. They also showed me how to do it if I need to realign it myself. I would any day go to Concorde Mysore road for even the smallest issue if any in my car.

    Never after that did I go to Aadya..

    All in all, I would say that expecting the customer to book in advance for minor things is not going to work out and I am happy to hear that you are addressing those issues..

    My intentions were never to hurt any of you or you're shops, I'm "really sorry if it came out that way through my posts".
    This is an open apology and I'm not hiding it..
    I might have used the wrong word (owing to my interactions with people who dont take it personally).

    On an other note though, we must agree that man power or not, a fuse is a 5 min job ( I had my cigarette lighter fuse blown as well and it too less than 5 mins to replace it, so i know it). As a customer he/she doesn't need to know or care more to understand pitfalls in A.S.S. We all have a tolerance limit and only when its crossed does it turn to anger. You guys must understand the worry with which a customer approaches you for help. You know very well that the same fuse can be bought anywhere and can be fitted in a matter of seconds, but the customer want to get "Expert's eye" on this and that's the reason they run to you.
    Since that was expressed, I felt bad and said a few things in the posts.
    ( Reason is even I'm one of the customers and the customer story is the same everywhere, it cant be denied.)

    I would like to add a few more of my concerns "Not addressing KHT" per se but A.S.S in general but that's a bit too much for this post.
    That's about it.
