    I have been having a good time with KHT. For the past 2 years and for minor repairs i had visited KHT. They seems to give realistic quotes.

    Just back from my Car servicing. I am not very happy :mad:.

    Few issues

    1) There is no Car wash facility in the temp service center. I was told about this only when I went to collect my car. Highly disappointed to see the serviced covered with dust :punch:

    2) Wheel rotation was not done and they had argued that they have done it. But as I had noted down few marks on wheel I was able to make out.
    Later I was told that only one side wheels were swapped and actually that was not really done.
    I forced them to do it before delivery.

    3) 3rd issue, My wheel alignment was done with wheels in old position. After swapping I am not sure if my wheels are still aligned.

    Here I am attaching the final itemized bills. Please let me know if there are any unnecessary items in that . I am not sure what is "SMART REPAIR- OUTSIDE MACHINING" for which I was charged 250 INR :(.

    Strongly believe you should not have taken your car if they have not washed it. Write to Fiat india "". Smart machining is some repair they must have carried out which does not need replacement of a specific part. Did you mention any repair to be done? Wind shield shampoo should not have been added unless you specifically asked for.

    I had reported khat khat sound coming from left rear shocks while driving at slow speed. I was suspecting a damaged bush. But as per them they just tightened the bolts and there was not sound after that. Even I did not hear the noise after the service. But they clearly told no parts replacement was done and the item listed was part of wheel alignment o_O.

    you should have asked them to avoid wheel is always better to get it done from outside.

    Then they should not have charged you for SMART Repair Outside Machining. You could ask for explanation.

    KHT Service has gone down very badly off late.
    They are going good to Bad & Bad to worst.
    Its time they wake up.

    My punto has crossed 45 k , earlier services were good & not had a big issue.

    I was planning to get the pais service done as reading was nerring 45k.

    Try to get an appointment , came to know they are shifting & cannot accept service request for 2 weeks.

    With constant follow & waiting period of almost one week got a slot for servicing.

    Next big issue was finding the new service centre. Google shows many options & there is no clarity on the location.
    Finally ended up find the centre with help of KHT.

    The shifted place looks very cramped, came to know its only temporary & big facility is coming up.

    Dropped the car for service & was told to pick by evening.
    Later the coordinator called & told about timing kit issue. As it was in warranty it can be covered in warranty.
    BUt the kit is not in stock & have to wait for a week.

    Went in the evening to pick the car & it was with more dustier than i left.
    There is no provision for washing. Why would customer has to go through this. I prefer my car to be clean after the service.
    Its not a feel good factor to drive uncleaned car after spending around 10k.
    Came home & found a Box spanner left out by the mechanics

    Although i appreciate their pro activeness , they kept me in dark about the spare part arrival.

    I kept on calling for more than a week & never got a call from KHT about status.
    Finally i could speak to the spare parts manager & got the update.

    Although the spare part is available now , but there are no service slots.
    Again wait ,,,,
    Then booked went for the timing kit change.

    After dropping they told , the car can be delivered only the next day. Not sure timing kit change takes 2 days.
    Anyhow I agreed & dropped. Handed over the Box spanner they left in my car

    Picked the car again, after the timing kit replacement.

    After 2 days as the ODO was nearing 45k , I get a msg that service coupon is gonna expire.
    These guys have missed to update the system.

    Called Sharanappa (Manager) & told him the issue. He aplologised & assured me he will send someone to fix the issue.
    First time it did not happen.
    CAlled after 2 days , sharanappa said the same. No one turned up.
    Called 3rd time , no one turned up.

    Once they know its their mistake they should have at least courtesy to fix the issue.
    I'm waiting till date with the message on & no one truned up.

    Can anyone help me to escalate this issue to Fiat

    ^^Better ignore the Service coupon expired message.
    I faced same issue and it will vanish after 500 odd KMS.
    Better don't waste your time behind this and i went proactively at 40K service to Aadya and they also missed to update this service kms.
    Your experience is better then me aadya took 3 days to deliver for normal oil and filter change.

    ^^ I'm aware Aadya is pathetic.
    And KHT was good.
    But KHT cannot look up to Aadya & set their standard. They have to look in to such issues & maintain the good name earned.

    This time my 45k service experience with KHT was good,even though they are in tight schedule with small service place, managed to deliver the vehicle on time.
