    Not a good center. They do for the sake of doing the job, irresponsible people, experiment with your car. Always return your with a new problem. I dont visit this place now. I have a experience of 2.5 years with KHT, it was good not best but since last one year I am facing lot of problems. SO changed my service center. I suggest visit Vecto Motors in Electronic City, they are much better than KHT.

    @RAJENDRA SHINGADE : Please don't put incomplete information on this forum,this will only spoil the reputation of a brand. As I feel this is simply used for negative publicity of FIAT and KHT.

    I feel this forum does not entertain this. I am an independent buddy does not have any interest to support KHT.

    Had my 5000 KM service on KHT Fiat a month back. The AC Vent had problems and was told that it will be replaced under warranty. Since the part was not in stock, i was told it will arrive in a week's time. 1 month has passed and no one from KHT has event bothered to call me with an update on parts. They have also goofed up on wheel alignment. After my first service, the left side tires are degrading faster than right side tires. Horrible service indeed. Only positive is their service manager who is very cooperative and listens to all the complaints patiently. The service staff though has to learn a lot, least of which is updating the customer on parts status.

    I am a customer who took my car's delivery from KHT in 2012 (old FIAT/TATA combined showroom @Brookfields, Whitefield) - following this I had first free service (one near Kundalahalli Colony), few FIAT service camps and few running repairs at KHT Service near Prestige Shantiniketan, Whitefield. I should say that KHT sales is pretty good and I still maintain good relations with them - people like Sandesh, Toufeez (though I had few issues with after sales - surface rust on exhaust tip of my 90HP was there during delivery - but never got replaced even after many follow ups through mail from my side - I lost interest and stopped worrying about this. It has never gotten worse though and so I'm at peace at least for the sake of not wasting a functional exhaust tip.). My review about KHT service is given below (major incidents as I remember):
    • Left rear door lock was faulty, and was noted in the job sheet for replacement. I got a call at the end of the day to pick the car. After I reached, they informed that all jobs are completed and I can take the delivery. I asked in particularly about the door lock, to which they nodded positively. Upon my inspection, I found out that it was not replaced. The issue was escalated to SA Bharat and it took an hour more to get it replaced. Time was 7pm - 2 hours later than promised delivery.
    • Post that I had a detailed inspection and found that the fuel indicator is at zero - In the job sheet, the position was @first quarter. I had to have a long argument with SA Bharat and he did not admit their mistake. The issue was taken to the Service Manager (tall, dark - looking, down-to-earth personality, nice human) - he said he can make adjustments in the bill (around Rs. 200/-, I remember. Around 5-6 litre of diesel had disappeared though). Upon my question of how to reach my home 7Kms away from there, the SA assured me that it will have no issues till I reach my home!
    I had photo proof of written complaint on the feedback form and Service manager's (he is still there at KHT) signature under that - but I have lost this after my phone got broken and couldn't post this here. I have updated each and every parts replacement in my ownership thread and one can check door lock's replacement date (or I shall provide it).

    Due to the above said incidents, I shifted my services to Vecto @Hosur Rd. But after a good one year, Vecto failed to impress me (and it is 25Kms far away from my home), I went back to KHT for last Saturday's Summer camp - not much bad experiences this time (there were, but SA was good - Vivek, who attended my concerns positively). @adit Few bad guys and experiences are enough to spoil name of a good service center - please take care in future.

    Adit - one query to you. I have given my car at KHT for 4th year service today. While Vecto charges 1630 for major service (all fluids replacement), why are you guys charging 1900 (plus tax) for the same? Shouldn't the service charge be same across all service centers, in same city?

    Also, I have got an estimate of 9K for all oil replacement (without coolant, since I replaced coolant during last service) which is again higher, but since this being an estimate, I will reserve my comments till I get the final bill.

    Hats off to KHT Fiat - after I posted this query and pinged Adit, I promptly got reply and Sharanappa and Suresh called me to clarify the doubts. Sharanappa also met me at the service center and explained the details.
    Fiat have increased the service charges and now it is 1780 plus tax.

    Thank you guys - your response and prompt attention have made my decision to travel 25 km to get my car serviced at KHT justified.
