    Completed 2nd Free Service on 21st June 2014. Over all experience was nice and professional. :p :p :p :p and Half / Five faces


    Mr. Saba (SA), Mr. Nagarjuna (SE) and his team (Harish and Basvgonda) did a good job.

    Special Thanks to SHARANAPPA.S for allowing me to observe and attend the complete service process.

    Saba has explained the required things very clearly pre and post service....

    Small issue found after having one spirited drive on sunday.....

    "The wheel alignment guys has messed up the alignment on high speed (80 above) car pulls towards left....:uh"

    I am facing the same issue after the recent running service. Steering is tilted slightly towards right. :( If I keep it straight, car goes left.

    Thanks for a prompat resolution regarding wheel alignment and left side pulling..

    Now two more issues comes in front of me which i feel should be taken care during the service.

    1. SE forgot to reset my service warning parameter. Since 3 days it is displaying on my MID
    2. My cabin light is not working which i found yesterday only. while opening the door it is working but i can not operate the same using the switch .


    It is very much difficult to come service center every now and then, specially when service center is far and not on our daily commute route.

    I got my 90,000 km scheduled servicing completed last week at KHT. As usual, it was a decent experience at KHT.

    Big turn off!!
    They now charge 2% for paying through debit/credit cards. This was not the case, earlier! :thumbs down
    Considering that KHT service center is located at a remote locality, I felt that this is very inconvenient considering that the nearest ATM is at least 2-3 km from the service center and traveling to the ATM would be a nightmare during peak hours.
    I ended up paying this 2% extra, since the cashier was mum on this and just swiped the card. By the time I saw the note pasted there, the transaction was already completed. :(

    Positives:
    1. Ambiance seems to be improving at this place, over time. I have found it impressive every next time I have traveled to their workshop.
    2. I was given a checklist w.r.t. the interior and exterior cleaning of the vehicle. I found it to be handy.
    3. The service adviser was empathetic.

    Service charge on debit cards are not acceptable and is against RBI guidelines. One reason can be lack of proper information, irrespective of Credit or Debit card they are charging service charge for all. You can check this out with the bank that provide the swipe machine to KHT, it should be there in your slip. Please let me know if you looking for more details.
