Today there was a outlet of FIAT with New Linea and Punto in ITPL. When I checked it was from KHT. Good job Adit. This initiative create a lot of buzz in the tech park. I am happy that I have convinced one of my colleagues friend to go for Linea multijet. He will book soon through your showroom. Once again FIAT on right track.

Need to get my car serviced (60,000 scheduled + a few errands).
Just read through the brickbats(and the few likes) on KHT Service. May be the ones having positive feedback don't bother to write back!!!
With that in mind, I'll still take a chance with KHT and give my Linea for service tomorrow. Will keep updated!
following below issues were reported as run time service.
1.some metal noise from left rear side(started after first service from vecto motors).
2.rattling from the right door.
3.rattling near rear view mirror(reported in 1st service).
4.Rear shocks squeaking noise(started after first service from vecto motors).
5.Horn stopped working in the rain :shocked
6.Rattling from the dash board.
as initially everything found ok.
now 5,4 and 3 number issues are back after 800 km long drive.
and apart from above issues KHT gifted the car with grease marks near the inner lamps,door pad and front right door as it looks very ugly and pain to remove these marks:A
i am really wondering how to get solved the 5,4 and 3 number issues permanently.
only pros is they picked the car by 12.00 pm in the noon and delivered by 8.30pm same day.

Just thought to inform you that will be giving my Linea for Bumper repair in KHT tomorrow, there are couple of rattling issues also to be fixed.
1> Driver side window closes with screeching sound.
2> Some rattling noise, not sure from where.
Hoping that all of it will be addressed.
Just had my service done at KHT for 5th Service(Paid). Following were the items replaced
1. Brake pads
2. Brake Discs (Trust SA's assessment)
3. Suspension pads (Said it is weak, so did not mind, as it was the first time being replaced)
4. Link rods (Second time, anyway it was almost 3yrs since they replaced it, so did not mind this as well)
5. Regular oil changes, filters etc
6. Spark Plugs :shocked
The spark plugs were replaced in 4th Service by Vecto and I have hardly driven 5-6k after that. SA informs me that the spark plugs have to be replaced every year. Is this true? The manual state every 30k Kms. I repeatedly asked the SA "Are you sure, it has to be replaced every service" and his answer was a firm "YES". I did not want to argue further, just got annoyed and left the place. I am ok to pay that additional 500 or 600, if it is genuine, but not with such attitude.
When I checked the car for the replaced old parts, the spark plug was missing, when asked the engineer who worked on the car for old plugs, he said no replacement. Then went and asked the SA, he sent one other person and got some 4 plugs and handed over to me.
One more experience with KHT:
Recently, I had to replace the glow plug of my 79,000 km run Punto. Though I got my previous servicing done at Vecto, I decided to go back to KHT, this time around.
I called up the SA Bharath and fixed an informal appointment for the next day. The next afternoon, I called up Bharath once more and headed to the service centre.
I am very impressed with the hospitality at KHT service centre. I was asked if I wanted a drink. I just asked for water and the gentleman next to me asked for tea and got it in no time. The a/c was working fine, in the lobby. Things have changed and are in place now.
I have seen such hospitality in Hyundai and Suzuki showrooms. But, never in a Fiat showroom, though it was to be seen occasionally at Tata-Fiat service centres.
Hospitality is not an important aspect always, but it is important to have it. Great job KHT.
The glow plug was replaced and the SA said that it may not be covered under extended warranty!
Reason: Extended warranty for glow plug is only till 75,000kms! This sounded very odd to me and I conveyed my concern to him.
He asked me to wait till the extended warranty was approved. Since I was getting late to office, I had to leave. Being empathetic, he asked me to leave and he would call me if a payment was really needed to be made and that I could pay the following day.
I asked him if he trusts me and he said, "yes". [Well, he probably knew that it would be covered under extended warranty! ]
The next day, I discussed with the SA and got to know that it was covered under extended warranty, as expected and he would close the job card.
Overall, a nice satisfying experience.
