    Thank you for the prompt response. I hope these initiatives will help us to reach and experience KHT far better.
    However, I do not see 8 bays being occupied by Fiat vehicles whenever I visited the service center and that doesn't mean that they were idle or empty. And if this is the case, Fiat vehicles would have had a easy servicing experience at least on a week day. But that's not the case, even with KHT having a big facility, we are faced with responses like bays not available etc, as i've said in my previous post. And about weekends, less said the better(not only KHT, it's a CRIME to visit any TASS here in Bangalore,without a prior booking on weekends. All they say is we are booked we can''t serve you!).

    if you would have noticed that from the customer lounge u can see the fiat exclusive bays which is marked with a fiat logo.....tht whole row is fiat exclusive with 6 on 1 side and 2 in teh opp side. and even that wall behind the fiat bays r painted red 2 identify them as fiat bays :)

    again i am already working on making more space fr individual customers as per my previous post in which i have briefly told the plan .

    if there r n e other suggestions of improvement would appreciate a reply. and if there r complaints pls do bring it 2 my notice asap make a fuss about it and claim your right 2 service from me :) ;) ;):)

    (PS :- but b reasonable :p :p :p )

    @Adit: Really appreciate the initiatives taken by you to improve the service experience at KHT.

    One aspect that I would really bring out is, We the FIAT car owners for some reason are very emotional when it comes to the FIAT Cars. I had accompanied Subramanya to your service center to get the brake noise resolved. Though we were attended promptly, we wanted to have a look at the work being done personally. We were not allowed to enter the service bays (I know it is reasonable). I had to talk to your Customer Relations person, had to pull up your name and then we were escorted to the service bay (Thanks for this reactive action though).

    My request to you is, please do let the owner who want to stay at the service bay voluntarily when the work is being done.

    it has always been a practice of not allowing customers to enter the service bay's as the experience is random customers n driver enter the work place n start interacting with the technicians etc which results in works carried out not being recorded, ppl trying 2 bribe the technicians and get other jobs done and a lot of other headaches follow........this also leads to a revenue loss to the dealership and effects the quality of the work......this is the reason......but @ the same time knowing the sentiments of the fiat car owners they have been instructed to escort the person to check on the works and bring them back.

    inconvenience regretted.
  5. @ Adit: I've been interacting with KHT regarding brake noise issue in my Punto since last 10 days. Though, as said by Krishna in the above post, each time we were attended promptly, it seems people are having NO direct fix. First time they said front discs and assembly needs clean up, next they did it for the rear brake and on the latest visit( today morning) they said they've attended to all. While I appreciate that each time team has taken my feedback seriously and has promptly looked in to the matter, it would have been far better if the people concerned could have zeroed in on the issue instead of doing "Trial and Error" on my Car, and saved my multiple visits. Now after my fourth visit today, I hope the issue is gone for GOOD!

    Now, with respect to the request raised by Krishna in the above post, I feel it's justified. Call me labor class, but I love to be with my Car while it's being attended to, take the dust on me rather than sitting in AC lounges.And when you have to make multiple visits to the service center for an issue, you feel you need to be there with the Car ( Btw, 'm not doubting the capability of the service center or the people nor want to meddle with their work unless absolutely required!) . It's just that feeling of comfort of being with your car and seeing what's being done. While, it is right that we were escorted to the service bay, with in 10 minutes we were escorted back to the lounge too :). And yes, Meru Cabs have gone but the place is still congested.
    OT: Were you there at the service center today morning? :)

    I understand your concerns and appreciate your initiative of escorting the owner for the check on works and bringing them back.

    However, quite a few FIAT owners are technically sound and understand certain how works needs to be done on the car. Hence the reason for the request for the presence near the service bay. Sometimes the trial and error methods for solving problems does not help and leads to a lot of time consumption (for both the owner and the service center technicians). Collaborative work will yield faster and better results in certain cases. I have an instance for you which I will discuss with you in person when I am at service center.

    For the time being I appreciate your pro-activeness shown on resolving the issues.

    KHT Motors mobile service Vehicle is ready. Should be rolled out from monday onwards. This vehicle will be used for service @ customers doorstep. :) :) periodic maintanance, oil change, brakes, clutch, car wash, interior cleanig after service etc etc are some of the services that can be carried out from this vehicle.. shall post more details once i finalise everything.

    For starters i would like 2 operate this vehicle only in whitefield as a pilot project to see and understand the difficulties we might face in servicing.... then in another 2-3 weeks we shall expand our reach and add more vehicles...

    the number to be called for booking this vehicle will be 8861 202020.

    pls feel free to give me any suggestions that you may have.
