Hi Adit Thank you for the prompt response. I hope these initiatives will help us to reach and experience KHT far better. However, I do not see 8 bays being occupied by Fiat vehicles whenever I visited the service center and that doesn't mean that they were idle or empty. And if this is the case, Fiat vehicles would have had a easy servicing experience at least on a week day. But that's not the case, even with KHT having a big facility, we are faced with responses like bays not available etc, as i've said in my previous post. And about weekends, less said the better(not only KHT, it's a CRIME to visit any TASS here in Bangalore,without a prior booking on weekends. All they say is we are booked we can''t serve you!).
