    Completely agree on this. Its not easy to set up the DMS. Its not just the new data flowing in, the service history data needs to be fed in too to make the data set complete for the vehicles sold till date.. It will take time to operationalize and go live with the DMS.

    well all of u are lucky except me. Have been let done again by the crap service done on my ride :( . My concern, why we need to go around these people again and again to get the job done , which need to be addressed at the first time itself. Also in "my opinion" if one should not use references.

    Totally a bad experience with KHT since from my second service !! :sad:

    In a span of last 30 days, I visited to KHT service station more than 4 times for the same issue :uh. I have been reporting a rattling noise from roof and left door.
    Each time they say it’s fixed completely. When I can sense the noise on a drive then why these people can’t hear it ???
    Even I took a mechanic for a drive to make him understand what’s my problem is, still they are not able to resolve it
    Before the delivery Why can’t they test it properly once they fix any issue ?? If it was taken care, I would not have been driving to KHT again and again.

    Now,
    From last 4 days (from Monday Morning 9 AM) my car is in service center, gave it for brake pad change and paint correction to inside portion of left rear door and again .. the ‘LEFT DOOR NOISE ISSUE’.
    This paint damage was done when my car was there for 3M tefloan coating. How careless these guys handle our cars, there was even damages to my front upper grill. When I asked the same to body shop in-charge and SA (no answer from them !! :confused:) As usual SA was singing in same tune, “Sir you will get your car tomorrow morning”.
    Earlier to this, my car was there to fix noise issue for two days, I got it back on third day.

    I have even reported twice that I’m not happy with the way these guys clean car (interior as well as exterior). My door handle fabric material turned into new color.

    Wanted to talk to Mr.Shivram on this issue, to my bad he is on leave today and there is no other senior member/manager in KHT.

    Not sure about the other issue, but cleaning is very poor in KHT. They even don't spray water to car's bottom. They hardly use any shampoo. They are always careless about handling the car, always make scratch damage to exterior body, if u complain then do painting for free.(But after painting, they never polish it).

    So, when ever I gave my car for any thing at KHT, I use to be there near the car.

    But who has time these days.. as other service centers are far from my place, I don't have other options.

    Even though I never faced issue with service quality of KHT, handling cars in their service centre is very bad. Scratches made on my punto’s rear right wheel arch last December during 60K Km service, which they re-painted even with out informing me & noticed it recently while washing my car. Scratches looks like cars brushed with wall or may be another car.

    Very bad indeed , they actually soil the seats and I have to always clean the interior myself after a service.
    Also they always forget small nuts , clips etc. When asked they say its difficult to get those small parts. Then why did you miss it in the first place ?
    Even this time they asked whether I have done some paint job outside, as if it's unbelievable that they could miss it.
    Very irritating.

    I just tolerate these things only because they seems to do better job than the other SCs.

    Hi Sunil,
    Just spoke to Tousiff (SA @KHT) about your issue. He requested you to send an email to GM service KHT in looping with Adit (in the reminder mail) also he asked you to call him up and he sure will put up his reference with Service guys to get your issue resolved ASAP.
  10. I agree to this. When my car was there in service centre for accident repair, after finishing the body work,painting,it was sent for some running repair. And final out come, runningrepair issues fixed and painted areas got new scratches.

    As it was recently painted, body shops guys couldn't escape. They took one more day for doing the repainting.
