When fiat is struggling enough to meet with their sales demand slump, and they are working on ideas to turn things around, you suddenly start posting that you want FASS near this/that area..
We want quality not quantity, there are good SC where you can get your Fiat serviced once you buy.

My lines did not meant FIAT should not concentrate on Quality and make things change their way and expectations. In fact one my wishes to see for FIAT is the same as you said.
My line rather meant to be as one of the points in their TODO.
Some Tata owner colleagues at my office are even frustrated about the TASS (i did not bother asking which n where, ya i dun like TATA), so if TASS themselves isnt good, so what good they might do for FIAT (No practical experience)? Its better have a FIATs itself than TASS. Ofcourse, this is just based on what TATA owners said to me about their servicing experience.

I had a visit to KHT last month for Oil top ups, when i told i am a member of Team FIAT ,The response was very good.
Now My Punto is due for 2nd Service(15k),planning to have it serviced from KHT.

From last 2 months my car started giving a door vibration and it was given to KHT SC. I have visited SC 3 times to fix the issues. SA says it a problem from aftermarket speaker which I didnt agree. Today to check whether the speaker has any problem took the car to a shop and found a horrible thing done on the car. Spacer ring used to fix the speakers was in a such a bad shape and found a small cut to the speaker . The technician at the shops says this can happened due to slipping of the screwdriver while fitting the speaker. And the guy has given me a new spacer ring and found the vibration has came down.
It is such a sad situation like this where the technician at the Service centre doing making mistakes and says he has fixed all the problems reported.
My Punto is due on next month for second service, When is your FIAT exclusive SC start functioning?
As I told I am putting my long time review about the service. The cabin noise issue I specified wasn't rectified from the service. It was reduced marginally but it was existing. The brake noise issue didn't happen for first 10-15 days but it was happening later but the noise was reduced. ABS error didn't happen any more.
After service, I hope that the SA expected my call to give the review and put the vehicle again if the problems exists. But with the horrible experience of the door scratch, I fear to put it there again. So I put the car in Prerana and the cabin noise from the left rear went off (the mild air-cutting noise is there; need to check it whether it is because of the aerodynamics?!). The braking noise is reduced drastically and the explanation given by them was really satisfactory (in B2B traffic, the short braking causes the braking noise because of the standards for the Euro III/Bharat 4).
So long term review ranking for the KHT service is 1 1/2 *. Sorry Adit for a low rank.
