I put the beauty to KHT yesterday. My review on pre-service: +Ve 1) When I went there after booking online, the SA asked to wait some time as he was handling a customer. 2) Once he is done with the customer, he listened all the complaints I said and assisted a service man for trials. 3) The trials went fine. He checked the complaints I told along with the pickup, Pickup with AC, the throttle response, etc. 4) Even it is an emergency call on putting for service, they took the vehicle for service and informed that he will call to inform whether the issue is minor or major. This didn't happen with Prerana in my previous encounters. I need to wait for the job card to be prepared and it takes minimum of 30 mins in Prerana to complete the procedure. The procedure in KHT is done within 20 mins and I happily left to office. -Ve I expected the call from the SA till 4:00 on the information of the issue - minor or major. But there were no calls. So I called him to check the status - the issue is minor or major, when the car will be delivered and so on. I got the only response that the car is in the service floor and they are checking it. I asked whether I will get a call if the things done or not but there were no calls till today morning 11:30. So I called again the SA and the reply is same the service is underway. Then I confirmed him that I will get my car today. Hope I will get a call or message from KHT to pick the vehicle today. I liked the way Prerana works in this regard (hospitality and customer information system). Hope all the issues mentioned to SA and engineer will be rectified today and get the car in good condition. Will post my review of service once I receive the car back.
