We alreadty doing from last few pages, nothing new :).

Because there were also assmuptions that he is scared and thats why not asking anything.

So what next suggestions we have for Savinash now?
I still can't think of anything than to keep trying till he is satisfied.

I thought we are not in court of law :).

Are we seriosly waiting for answer? I don't think so.
    We already made the judgement.

Okay guys, signing off from this thread with what I promised. I am not bothered about where this discussion ends, as I, as a customer would clear things up before I sign and pay, plus, KHT was fair on me.

There were few errors from my side, 85 INR for 32ml of Wurth Windshield concentrate, and 250 INR for 300 gms of Wurth Rust Off, all prices MRP.

The answer is let KHT revert.

If it reverts, then only we can debate if the response answers queries.

If it does not revert, well then we know :)

PS: Bye...going to take the car back from TASC :)

heyy guys i'm really sorry, today only i came to work after my last post....

ya as metioned above, the rust off was not 900 rs as i told before, its as mentioned in the picture above. its 250 rs for 300 ml. i was also told by someone randomly. when i checked it was 250 only and the washer fluid is 100 rs mrp confirm.
ya so my guess of the split up should be

half to 3/4th of rust off can.....
top ups of brake oil coolant and ps oil....
ya then there is this brake spray that is sprayed on the brake pads instead of rubbing them over emery sheets....( only the front pads, the rear liners i think they are rubbed with emery...)
another spray called rubber care thats used on sqeeky rubber parts.
insulation tape is used for the door hinges and the rear seat locks.
contact spray for electrical contacts like relay couplers and other electrical contacts.
    silicon gel for battery terminals.

i think all these are purchased in bulk and a rounded figure is derived per car......
even i dunno more than this. if there is something more to this lets wait and see.....

  5. Folks,

Comparing KHT and rest like concorde/Aaadya , KHT seems to be miles ahead in quality response and eagerness to help,Since the explanation given by Jay is satisfactory let us stop topic of discussion.

I have had bad experience at Concorde as they refused to order OEM spoiler for me,even though sales will only end on Dec 31 2012 and service until March 2013.
I haven't seen more unprofessional attitude than concorde, but i have no choice as no one other than them is near by.they have already emptied the display car stall.
I desperation I contacted Adit I got response in minutes.I would say FIAT needs more of Adit kind of people than concorde mysore road.I don't mind paying little more if the quality of the service is very good.

    Thanks adit.

By any chance would you be in a position to share if these charges are under the category of standard charges recommended by Tata or different ASCs can choose to charge or not to charge? This is because quite a few members shared that they are not getting charged for these items.

Also, in this particular case, savinvas was already charged separately for Cotton waste etc, still would these charges apply?

Thank for the clarification Adit. The primary question still remains - Why was cotton waste charged as a line item, when it is included in the consumables?

I have a few more questions for you, based on your / Jay's responses:

    1. When the washer fluid show Rs. 85 MRP (incl of all taxes), why does it get taxed again?
    2. Does this apply to other products as well? i.e. MRP + Tax
    3. Seat cover and steering cover - are these the plastic covers used in the workshop to avoid stains?

Just to clarify, as Jay also said, the MRP is ~Rs 100.

And I believe anything with MRP, should not be taxed, as it includes all taxes.

Just curious. Is KHT also started using the steering cover during service like TAFE do in Chennai?
