    Finally, my problem is resolved. I called Ramanand at KHT on Thursday as they asked me to wait till mid-week and he said they had received the spare-part !. Great. Informed Concord about this and went to KHT on saturday and got it fixed under warranty. Met a new in-charge there and if i remember correctly, his name is Sivaram and he appeared to be very pleasing and helpful.
    I can give details of the spare-parts in a different thread. As this is a thread for review of service station, i will write about that here. Keeping apart the delay of about 50 days since i reported the problem, the overall experience at service station was much better this time. Felt like staff is taking a conscious effort to give a better experience. Appreciate that. I noticed another thing about the workshop. Unlike the usual ones, KHT's workshop does not have pillars. This eliminates the risk of vehicles getting scrached by technicians while hastily manoeuvering the vehicle in and out of service bays . Also noticed a single large dome camera in the centre of the workshop hall. Not sure how effectively they use that camera, but such systems inspires confidence. There are separate waiting lounges and toilets for families and professional drivers. Found a dedicated staff making sure that everyone and everything in the lounge is fine. Found atleast three families with kids there on that saturday. Can really watch what they are doing on your car. Quality of work ? On a first look, quality of work is good, but should wait somemore time to really assess and opine. Though the parking bay looks a bit congested, the parking management is excellent, so that Ingress to the service station and egress from it was not at all a problem. I don't have any comments about billing and its fairness now because my repair work is done under warranty and thus free of cost.

    Good that your problem is resolved. Yes the KHT's service area is bigger than others.

    It clearly shows they have not placed the order earlier. And even they know after placing the order, it will come with-in a week.

    Dear All,

    this is to inform all of you that in a drive to improve our servicing you can now book your car for service online on our website www.khtmotors.com under teh service section.
    once you fill in the details required you shall get a confirmation call from our service center and the needful shall be done.

    alternately we have opened a new sales outlet in indiranagar double road ( the road tht connects ESI hospital and CMH road) where we have 1 service advisor posted who can accept your cars there as well for service.

    if there are any suggestions of how we can improve ourselves in sales and service pls do let me know.

    Mr. Adit thanks for the details. I got my Punto from KHT Motors and OK so far with the service provided. I hope you don't mind taking few questions from KHT customers? If yes,

    1- Is there a plan to open service centre in South of Bangalore? I would be lucky, if you choose Hosur Road as most of the car dealers/service centers are lined up there. Customers living in south Blr got to spend 2 hours + 50 KM driving all the way to Marathahalli for any fault fix / service.

    2- The accessories for Punto are next to impossible at your center. I've ordered at least 5 accessories for my punto through Moin from KHT a month ago, and yet to hear from him.

    we have been thinking of opening an service outlet there and are looking out for place......will definately keep you posted......@ the same time i would advice you to request for a pick up for your car servicing rather than u driving yourself.

    looking into your requirement of accessories. would b great if you could mail me your requirement on adit_morzaria@khtmotors.com and will ensure teh needful is done immediately.

    Thanks for the prompt update Mr.Adit - much appreciated. Yes, I did request for pick up for couple of times, but I would always want to be there at the service station personally to drop/pick up my vehicle.

    I will be sending you the list of accessories needed for my Punto E pack by today. Thanks again for the response. Looking forward !

    Dear All,

    since it is the generation of technology i might as well use it.

    our website http://www.khtmotors.com has more or less everything you need to know about a tata fiat car with options of getting e-brochures, finance quotes, emi calculations, 3D real time look of the vehicles interiors and exteriors, booking test drive etc....

    next step is i am installing a payment gateway onto my website where in you may renew your car insurance yourself with your credit card and do not have to bother calling anyone and following up. As soon as you finish the formalities of payment online and we get a confirmation mail which is system generated from the website we will send across the cover note to you in 48 hrs time and the policy will b sent 2 u directly by the insurance company. The process of setting this up online is already going on and will be available shortly.

    as we have noticed there are a lot of small time agents who take various dealers names and sell insurance and then disappear.

    the advantage you have of taking teh insurance from the dealership is that you get the best quotes, service is better, n most important you may avail cash less facility accident repair also as we have tied up with all insurance companies and have in house insurance portfolio of TMI ( tata motors insurance). These cannot be offered when the insurance is bought from outside local agents as it is part of teh contract we have with the insurance companies.

    would like to know your views about this facility and any other suggestions are most welcome.
