    I have been a loyal customer to Prerana Motors since 2 years. Last 6 months, I have had very bad experiences. Its mainly the competence to fix issues. Many times issues are not even addressed. Have been complaining of engine/steering vibration several times, they did not fix it to my satisfaction. Have been complaining of bad mileage since 3 services. 1st service - They said they tuned. No change. 2nd service - They said same and made me bakra. 3rd time (not service) when I had left for some other repair work, and I had escalated it as this was a on going issue, while delivery they said its fixed, we have cleaned the air filter. What the FIAT??? Cleaned air filter? Have been complaining almost for 10 months and even after escalation, they say such a lame thing?

    All I have seen with them is during general service if no issues are reported, they are super courteous and ensure to get a 10/10 rating for the servicing. Except for oil changes and other regular works and washing, they are useless and hopeless in terms of competence.

    Now, where do KHT motors stand? How competant are they? One other place I have in mind is Concorde, Mysore road. Which one do you guys suggest? KHT or Concorde, Mysore Road?

    By the way, this is super important for me. I am going to Bhutan in my Palio in less than 10 days :clap

    Btw,best of luck for the proposed Bhutan tour,even I am very much interested to visit bhutan,maybe your experience will make that a reality..

    Too many things on my mind. Even Sujith1100 suggested me KHT. LEt me see what I end up doing :)

    My Bhutan trip would be travelogued, so you will have all info when the time comes.

    As far my knowledge, KHT will do better service. You never regret after your car getting serviced at KHT:).

    Just one thing, connect with Adit before you go there. Both you and your car will get better attention.

    1.Regarding clutch replacement, we can replace clutch kit up to 35K and Clutch is a wear and tear part,it will be considered under warranty only if manufacturing defect is observed.Since the vehicle has covered 45K,Hence we have not sent for approval to extended warranty.

    2.Elastic pads are covered under extended till 30K kms.If rusting has appeared then elastic pads are not covered under extended warranty.Hence they have rejected the claim.

    3.We will charge for washing if the customer asks for full washing during running repairs. During paid service we are not charging for washing since washing charges are included in paid service charges.In this case customer has given approval for full washing on chargeable basis.

    We have carried out all the jobs after approval from customer.As per customer request we have given discount of 2.5% on part and 10% labour since he is our regular customer.

    @Adit , thanks for clarifying things.
    The problem is, when I talked to SA he did not tell me about the suspension part being changed and I insisted on extended warranty on clutch.
    I remember while talking to the SA he asked that there will be dismantling charges for the same and I never guessed he was talking about suspension and not clutch.
    It could be better if I could mail him directly, do you have any restriction having mail communication with customer from kht service ?

    Had a nice experience with KHT Service today. It was my first visit.

    I got my regular servicing done last month, but since I am planning for a long trip, and I felt brake pads needs a check-up, connected with adit and he arranged a slot (without prior appointment). Thanks adit for that.

    Went today morning, met GM Service, Mr Suresh.
    My car got checked, pads were fine, disc needs replacement, but not immediately.
    Got headlight replaced with Philips X-tremeVision.

    Got vehicle back in 1.5 hrs. Best thing is that service guys checked all liquids and topped it up. Great value addition.

    I observed KHT has lots of space (compared to Concorde), but it was looking more crowded. One thing was being Saturday, there was huge rush. Plus all taxi, Sumo etc also comes to same center.

    I will go again to KHT, of course yes.

    Looking forward to your Fiat dealership and service center.

    Thet do have plenty of space. All they need to do is some parking management.

    Heard today on 98.4 FM that KHT gives some scratch card offer for new buyers.

    Visited this thread a bit late. Thanks Adit! It sounds pretty reassuring. I already booked a slot for Monday morning. I will be leaving the car for service tomorrow morning. A bit of special attention to resolve issues and thorough check up would help specifically I am doign a very long drive. My intention would be to finish the drive and return back for the next service to KHT only in 3 weeks time as Palio service schedule is 7.5k kms :)

    I will also email an copy your GM also :)
