    I dont think Engine Flushing or Radiator flushing for that matter is recommended by any car manufacturer. All that needs to be done if for the fluid to be drained completely and then
    filled. Check your owner's manual and see if any sort of flushing is recommended.

    Please see the below mail screenshot. I am not sure who is right here - u may b right and my service team also can b right. But yes we at teh authorized service outlet can make out jobs carried out by unauthorized outlets if it has been done....

    I have used KHT for getting my Palio Stile serviced twice. Both times they did a reasonably good job and I was satisfied. Nothing extra-ordinary. They just delivered what they promised. Did not go that extra mile.

    However, when I decided to upgrade to the T-Jet, though they promised to get back with an estimate for my Palio, I never got a call. They also promised to check available stock with the Plant and confirm availability of BS T-Jet, no call. Now that I have booked my BNW T-Jet from Prerana and am waiting delivery, possibly by Wednesday next, I doubt if I will take the car to KHT for service. The reason is very simple - when you are not interested in selling me a car, how much are you going to be interested in servicing it?

    I have tried Concorde, and Prerana, both of them are not good, I was satisfied with your service.

    I had got my GC Kit fitted with KHT for my Linea about two months back, and was happy with the job, and with the TASS, Barath's service. Today I have given my car for the 60000km service. Since the TASS called me, and asked me to get the Timing Kit replaced, I yet to take delivery of my vehicle, it is due tomorrow, lets hope you'll keep up the good work.r

    After posting here, 2 people from KHT called me twice yesterday and tried to convince me that they had called my wife and spoken to her. My wife denies this. Funny, these guys expect me to believe them and think that my wife was lying, in spite of the fact that we were together all day long on the day these guys claim to have called my wife, not to mention that she has no reason to lie.

    Surprising how low people can stoop. Sorry Adit, I am never stepping into KHT ever again.

    hello adit,

    one doubt- can you try arranging a BS-3 catalytic converter for my palio stile diesel any time within next week. the cat-con is damaged and the exhaust is not coming out freely and my car is not able to pull above speeds over 60 kph and the engine speed doesn't go over 2000 rpm. I'm not able to use the car properly. can you also tell me how much it costs.

    and for my linea I've checked with the spares that there are only two steel rims available for linea. can you try sourcing the other two as soon as possible. I've decided to move to steel rims as my alloys are bent. also I had ordered two desmodronic remote keys for my linea in last month and I have not yet got any confirmation regarding the same.

    Hi Adit,

    Wanted to bring this to your notice.

    I had referred my friend to get a few issues fixed at KHT. One of the issue being the wobbling during braking (not seriously high though). The service advisor wanted to have the disc rotors changed. My friend called me up to clarify. I spoke to the Service Advisor and on probing the tables turned to from a compulsory change of rotors to an optional change (sort of if you want we can change). Why does the disc rotor needs to be changed even if there is no damage on it, but the wear n tear is of around 1 mm depth (that too not measured with a proper appartus) definitely does not warrant a disc rotor change.

    I would definitely appreciate Value added service, but not a rip off. Seems like some of your folks are following in the foot steps of Hyundai Service centers of ripping off unsuspecting customers.

    I really felt sorry for advising my friend to get the car repaired and serviced from KHT.

    I would love to meet you in person and discuss this particular issue. Hopefully very soon with your service advisor also being present during the discussion.

    But on another note, seriously appreciate you taking time out to read out what written on the forum from your busy schedule and then act is simply outstanding :p.

    Please see the screenshot of the mail recieved by me from my Fiat team about your issue. I am not going to judge who is right or who is wrong but things seem very clear to me here. I also may b wrong in understanding so.
