    @Adit - Thanks for your response and we really appreciate you being here and try to address our concern related to after sales service...I am sure you would remember me by face because I have visited KHT several times before my purchase and even after that for accessories, etc.
    Sometimes people are so pissed off with weird responses from service guys that made us think that this wonderful machine has no right to be serviced by these guys.To a majority of extent, FIAT growth in India is dependent on you and dealers like you, after all sales is only small part of ownership of a vehicle. And that's the reason you may hear similar concerns on service from different people here.

    I have not faced any major service issue from KHT but only thing I want is your service guys should be more proactive in dealing with customers. I was able to convince since I know the problem. But think about some one who has very little knowledge of fuse and electrical system might not be able to get the work done that time and had to come again to service station. These things have to improve and I am sure you understand and would definitely work on these gaps in coming days.

    Addressing all your replies at once.

    i do understand the customers point of view is why i actively involve myself in knowing what problems are faced at my dealership and make sure necessary action is taken to ensure they do not happen again.

    A fuse job yes is a very minor work for which i apologized the way my SA behaved but again as i mentioned there will always b 1 odd black sheep in every organization who will behave they way he did. But not keeping tht as an excuse , instead taking that as a feedback to ensure he is tightened and he does not repeat this again. If i dont get such honest feedbacks from you guys , who will bring all this to my notice then ?? so basically i owe it to you. This workshop belongs to me only for name sake but the actual owners are you customers for whom it has been setup , you are the ones who use it , you are the ones this workshop depends on..... :) :)

    As mentioned we have 4 minor quick repair bays also which is used everyday for such small complaints and in order to make it more effective i am going to look into the possibility to have a separate SA for these 4 bays so these complaints do not arise. This was suggested by one of my team members at the workshop after i had a long meeting with them yesterday regarding all these complaints comming up.

    kvk - since you are opp Aadya , whitefield is not to far away from the outer ring road , pls do visit us also for your service :)

    Absolutely amazing Adit...this is exactly the kind of service we all expect and it is good that you understand. I am quite optimistic that you can improve your service considerably since you connect with all the FIAT enthusiasts here.

    By the way, my first service is due in June and wanted a customized service (I want to see everything done in front of me; engine oil change, don't want any car wash and polish, etc.), so I am thinking who to choose for this. May be I can visit you soon and discuss with you my requirements...
