    Dear All,

    I understand the issues you are facing in the current service setup but we were left with no choice. The untimely notice from the previous landlord to vacant was a shock and we had to create this Temp facility.
    Our new facility is coming up in KR Puram in the land of Decalathon and construction is on in full swing. This will be a state of the art workshop spread of 2 Lakh sqft. (obviously not only for Fiat)

    Given the constraints faced right now I shall have my team look into the areas where we can still improve in the current locations and see what can be done in order to eliminate the smaller problems in getting your vehicles serviced.

    Just in case you're wondering how the new KHT workshop looks, here are a few pics (below). Had gone there for my 4th servicing yesterday. The place is cramped, doesn't have capacity to service more than three cars at a time (or in a day?) and there's no washing facility. So I suggest you fix an appointment first, reach there at 9-9.30AM, take half day off on a weekday, if at all you've to go there. The people have changed too (saw too many new faces).

    My service advisor was a guy called Shashi, whom I found to be quite unprofessional. Not only was he unknowledgeable about things, he was too impatient to even listen to the list of issues I had while filling up the job card (citing the reason that he had to attend to other customers:finger:). However, I kept Sharanappa in the loop and that helped. Funnily, the good thing about the new place was, I got could actually inspect/see the technicians working on my car at close quarters:) Finally, the servicing was over by 4 PM.

    Now, after making the payment Shashi informed me that there was some problem with the printer/system and that they won't able to provide an invoice :banghead:I approached Sharanappa again and on his insistence, I was given a manual estimate. I'm still waiting for the actual invoice copy, which they said they will email over to me.

    Overall rating: Below average. Go there if you only have to. I felt customer service quality has deteriorated drastically and since they are unable to meet deadlines (saw one or two customers yelling!), the only way they can get their handful of loyal customers back is by strictly upping the quality of service. More so, when it's going to take another 6 months (or more maybe) for the new workshop to become operational.

    Saw the technician pumping engine oil from this barrel. Looked shady to me.

    There was a coolant leak near the engine bay, for which they drained out every drop of coolant from the system, into a bucket. Now the technician is pouring the same into the tank again, after fixing the leak :eek:(the thermostat was at fault here).

    Thermostat replaced under warranty.

    Hi Guys,
    Back from KHT today after 3 trips back and forth from home and leaving my car overnight.

    So the ordeal started yesterday when Nandhish told me that washing facility is not available at KHT. I wasn't told about it before I reached and I booked my service well in advance. Also, the clutch bleeding isn't available at this facility.
    I was promised that car will be washed at the TATA facility and and handed over - and while enquiring I realised that by wash they mean wash+internal polishing+engine bay cleaning etc., so I took the decision to pick up the car late in the evening but to get it cleaned.
    My Bad..
    At evening 6:30 Sat, I am told that the wheel alignment will take some more time and the car could go in for a wash/cleaning today morning. Judging the situation I decided to leave the car and took the bus home.
    Today I reached after receiving the completion call to realise that the black (polish stained) finger prints over the front seat and arm rests on all door pads. Guess what no fabric cleaning liquid available at KHT!! I took Kishore and drove till TATA and got the stains removed there..

    As some of the members here have pointed out, it is indeed going to worse..

    My Advice, if you can please avoid this facility till they move to the new infra, Maybe by next Jan-Feb..

    Hi Adit,

    I have been getting my Linea serviced at KHT all this while and there is this peculiar problem of Left front window glass control (cant be controlled from Driver side) which can be checked in Service History

    This was reported twice in past too and was repaired only to show up again, this is third incidence and i was told it wont be covered in extended warantty

    I am baffled, why it shouldnt be

    Please help me out and do the needful, SA is Shashi.

    My attendant also was Shashi.
    He seems very casual & not serious.

    Given the situation of cramped space , mechanics are taking things for granted & compromise a lot now.

    That is why i decided against going for repair with KHT, i guess for 4th service i will better run to Vecto. Further couple of months back they approved my Extended warantty for replacing USB box for Linea and now for a faulty window rolling system, they rejected Extended warantty saying lapse in first service by 5 days :)

    Kudos to FIAT, first limited service option and now this. I guess this has to be first and last FIAT in family :)

    Hi all,

    I have gone through your comments and feedback. Unfortunately yes we have a severe problem with the service facility as of now. Space being the biggest constraint we have no option.

    This is a temporary phase so i request you to bear with us for a few months as after that in the long run there will be no problem ever.

    The new facility is being constructed with state of the art equipment with 48 bays exclusively for Fiat and Jeep.

    This facility will be ready by Jan/Feb 2017. not too far away and i assure you that the service will be beyond expectation once this facility is operational.

    The Fiat caffe on Domlur ring road also will start renovation shortly to upgrade the facility as per Fiat-Jeep joint showroom. Sales will still be going on as normally and TD also available as normal.
